Mike Seville

Mike Seville joined Silver Lake in 2024 as Operating Vice President, Data Science and AI. Prior to Silver Lake, he held executive leadership positions in several VC and PE-backed  businesses, most notably at Dojo, one of Europe’s largest fintech companies. There, serving as Chief Data Officer, he built the Data Engineering, Data Science and Analytics functions and led the platform technology group during the company’s substantial expansion.

Prior to Dojo, Mike served as Director of Data Science and Marketing Analytics at Farfetch, where he built and led multi-national data, product and technology teams that delivered initiatives that were central to the company’s growth and contributed to Farfetch’s successful IPO.

He began his career at eBay, Tesco and Dunnhumby, working in digital marketing and data science roles. Mike holds an M.S.c. in Machine Learning from University College London and a B.S.c. in Physics from Imperial College London. Mike has also served as a Guest Lecturer at Imperial College Business School on Data and AI topics.
