Mads Johnsen

Mads Johnsen joined Silver Lake in 2024 and is an Operating Executive. Prior to Silver Lake, he was Chief Product Officer and GM at Calm, a leading digital health brand for mental fitness, meditation, and sleep. Previously, Mads led Uber’s B2B and Healthcare portfolio, where he launched and scaled several new product lines and established B2B as the company’s fastest-growing vertical.  Earlier in his career, Mads led Product Strategy and Business Operations teams at LinkedIn and served as a consultant with McKinsey and Co, where he advised high-tech clients on growth strategy, operations, and M&A. He began his career in software engineering roles at Nokia.
