Lee Wittlinger

Lee Wittlinger is a Managing Director of Silver Lake, which he joined in 2007. He currently serves as a director on the boards of Iterable, Oak View Group, ProService, Shadowbox Studios, Vantage Data Centers North America and EMEA, and WP Engine. Previously, he served as a director of AMC Entertainment, Cast & Crew Entertainment Services, and GoDaddy, as Chairman of AMC Entertainment’s compensation committee, as a member of AMC Entertainment’s and GoDaddy’s nominating & governance and audit committees, and as a member of Cast & Crew’s audit committee. Prior to Silver Lake, Lee worked as an investment banker in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions in the technology space. He graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a B.S. in Economics, with dual concentrations in Finance and Accounting.
