Lee Wittlinger

Lee Wittlinger is a Managing Director of Silver Lake, which he joined in 2007. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Oak View Group and ProService and is a director on the boards of Shadowbox Studios, Vantage Data Centers North America and EMEA, and WP Engine. Previously, he served as a director of AMC Entertainment, Cast & Crew Entertainment Services, GoDaddy, and Iterable. He also served as Chairman of AMC Entertainment’s compensation committee and as a member of Iterable’s compensation committee, on AMC Entertainment’s and GoDaddy’s nominating & governance and audit committees, and on Cast & Crew’s audit committee. In addition, Lee currently serves on the board of the Tipping Point Community in San Francisco. Prior to Silver Lake, Lee worked as an investment banker in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions in the technology space. He graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a B.S. in Economics.
