Jaswant Mallavaram joined Silver Lake in 2023 as an Operating Associate. Previously, he worked at Bain & Company, serving industrial and private equity clients on strategy and diligence work. Jaswant graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Business Honors.
