Raj Atluru joined Silver Lake in 2011 and is a Managing Director of Silver Lake Kraftwerk. He has been investing in the energy and resource sectors since 1996, both domestically and in emerging markets. Prior to Silver Lake, Mr. Atluru was a Partner at Draper Fisher Jurvetson for 11 years where he spearheaded DFJ's cleantech investment practice since 2001 and its India investment operations since 2005, leading DFJ's partnership with Element Partners in 2005 to co-found one of the largest dedicated cleantech funds. Mr. Atluru has led numerous investments in companies specializing in renewable energy, energy storage, smart grid and energy efficiency applications, wireless technologies, and business software and services. On behalf of Silver Lake Kraftwerk, he currently serves on the board of directors of SolarCity (SCTY). In addition, he serves on the advisory board of the Cleantech Investors Forum and co-founded The Spotlight Fund, a non-profit dedicated to funding start-up educational entrepreneurs. Mr. Atluru holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering and an M.B.A. from Stanford University. |

Martin Fichtner re-joined Silver Lake in 2010 and is a Managing Director of Silver Lake Kraftwerk. He has extensive experience in finding, executing and adding value to private equity investments in the technology and technology-related sectors. From 2004 to 2010, Mr. Fichtner was a principal at Elevation Partners and focused on private equity investments in the media, entertainment, and consumer-related technology sectors. Prior to Elevation, he was an associate at Silver Lake Partners and focused on private equity investments in the software, semiconductor, network equipment, and other technology sectors. Previously, he worked as an investment banker in the Technology Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Fichtner holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering with distinction and an M.S. in Engineering Economic Systems and Operations Research from Stanford University. |

Bryce Lee joined Silver Lake in 2011 and is a Managing Director of Silver Lake Kraftwerk. Previously, he was a Managing Director of Credit Suisse in the Investment Banking division, serving as head of the Technology Group for the Americas and as co-head of the Alternative Energy Group. Mr. Lee was instrumental in building Credit Suisse's investment banking franchises in Asia and in cleantech, and was named to Forbes magazine's "Midas List" of the top 100 technology dealmakers in the world. He was a member of Credit Suisse's Investment Banking Committee and served on the Managing Director Evaluation Committee. Mr. Lee has led numerous transactions for industry leaders in the cleantech sector in the U.S. and in Asia and raised over $6.7 billion in 22 public and private financings for cleantech companies from 2005 to 2011. Mr. Lee has also executed financings for nearly a dozen leading technology businesses in Asia. Mr. Lee holds a B.A. in Economics and Asian Languages from Stanford University. |

Josh Raffaelli joined Silver Lake in 2011 and is a Managing Director at Silver Lake Kraftwerk. Previously, he was a Principal at Draper Fisher Jurvetson where he assisted in the founding and growth of the fund's energy investment practice. Prior to DFJ, Mr. Raffaelli was an Analyst at Och-Ziff Capital Management in London where he focused on merger arbitrage and emerging market investments in the logistics and oil and gas markets. Mr. Raffaelli was an Analyst at JPMorgan's Technology Investment Banking group in San Francisco. Mr. Raffaelli is a Cum Laude graduate of Harvard University with a B.A. in Government, and has an MBA from Stanford Business School. Mr. Raffaelli is also a Kauffman Fellow. |

Adam Grosser joined Silver Lake in 2011 and is the Group Head and Managing Director of Silver Lake Kraftwerk. He has 28 years of experience as a successful investor and operator in a broad array of technology companies. Prior to Silver Lake, Mr. Grosser was a General Partner at Foundation Capital where, as part of the cleantech team, he helped to establish a widely regarded and differentiated cleantech investment practice. He served as a Director of Calix Networks Inc. (CALX) since May 2009, including through its public offering in 2010. Mr. Grosser also served on the boards of EnerNoc (ENOC) until June 2010 and Conviva, Control4, GridIron, Sentient Energy, SiBEAM, Silver Spring Networks, and Transmedics until January 2011, and since December 2012 he has served on the board of the National Venture Capital Association. He is a lecturer at the UCLA School of Film and Television and contributes to National Public Radio's Marketplace. Mr. Grosser holds a B.A.S., an M.S., and an M.B.A. from Stanford University. |
