Brian Crews joined Silver Lake in 2011 and is a Principal at Silver Lake Waterman. Mr. Crews has substantial experience structuring and underwriting technology debt investments. Prior to Silver Lake, Mr. Crews was a Principal at Lighthouse Capital Partners, where he worked directly on more than $300 million of new investments across 62 companies. Mr. Crews holds a B.S. from Washington & Lee University.

Chris Kennelly joined Silver Lake in 2011 and is a Senior Associate at Silver Lake Waterman. Mr. Kennelly has significant experience structuring and underwriting technology debt investments. Prior to Silver Lake, Mr. Kennelly was an Associate at Lighthouse Capital Partners, joining the firm in 2005. Mr. Kennelly holds a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley and a M.Sc. from Oxford University.

Shawn O’Neill joined Silver Lake in 2011 and is a Managing Director and Co-Group Head of Silver Lake Waterman. Mr. O’Neill has been a strategic advisor to leading technology companies and has extensive technology merger, acquisition, and financing experience from 15 years in the industry as a technology investment banker and operating executive. Prior to Silver Lake, Mr. O’Neill founded Bandon Partners, a boutique investment bank and was the CFO of two venture-backed companies. Mr. O’Neill was previously an investment banker with Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank and Lehman Brothers. Mr. O’Neill holds a B.B.A. from the University of Texas, where he graduated with honors. 

Rick Stubblefield joined Silver Lake in 2011 and is a Managing Director and Co-Group Head of Silver Lake Waterman. Mr. Stubblefield has been at the forefront of technology debt solutions for the private technology and venture capital community for over 25 years, helping to pioneer both venture leasing and venture debt in the marketplace. Prior to Silver Lake, Mr. Stubblefield co-founded Lighthouse Capital Partners, which under his leadership, grew into a leading debt provider to venture backed companies overseeing more than $1.6 billion in debt and equity investments across five funds. Prior to forming Lighthouse, Mr. Stubblefield served as Co-Head of West Coast Investment at Comdisco Ventures. Mr. Stubblefield holds a B.A. from the University of California at Davis and an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University. 

Sureel Choksi joined Silver Lake in 2013 and is an Operating Executive. He currently serves on the board of Vantage Data Centers, LLC. Prior to Silver Lake, Mr. Choksi was Chief Executive Officer of Elevation Data Centers, a private equity-backed data center roll-up. Previously, Mr. Choksi held several executive roles with Level 3 Communications, including Chief Marketing Officer, President of Wholesale Markets, Executive Vice President of Services, Chief Financial Officer, Group Vice President of Corporate Development and Treasurer. Before Level 3, Mr. Choksi worked in venture capital at TeleSoft Partners and investment banking at Gleacher & Company. Mr. Choksi received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School with concentrations in Finance, Accounting, and Entrepreneurial Management, and a B.A.S. from the School of Engineering and Applied Science, both from the University of Pennsylvania.

Pierre Gatta joined Silver Lake in 2009 and is an Operating Executive. Pierre has experience as both an operating executive and a senior consultant. Pierre was previously an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, where he was one of the leaders of the European Telecom Practice, advising CEOs and senior executives of global corporations in the Telecom and High Tech industries. Pierre led several large scale transformations in Europe, Asia, and Latin America, in particular around the development of broadband/digital content services and enterprise ICT services. Previously, Pierre worked for the Enterprise Division of Orange for 8 years. Mr. Gatta is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and has an M.S. in Telecommunications from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications in Paris.

Ajei Gopal joined Silver Lake as an Operating Partner in 2013. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager in the IT Management Business Unit of HP Software, responsible for the product and technology portfolio as well as the overall success of the business. Before joining HP Software in 2011, Mr. Gopal was Executive Vice President of the Technology and Development Group at CA Technologies. Prior to that, he served as Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President at Symantec Corporation. Mr. Gopal also co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of ReefEdge Networks, a wireless LAN systems company. Prior to that, he spent nine years at IBM in a variety of technology roles, including Chief Technology Officer for its Pervasive Computing Division. Mr. Gopal began his career as a member of the technical staff of Bell Communications Research’s Applied Research Division. Mr. Gopal is currently on the Board of Directors and a member of the audit and strategy committees for ANSYS Inc. He also served as a member of the Cloud Computing Steering Committee at the World Economic Forum between 2009 and 2011. He has been awarded twenty-three U.S. patents over the course of his career and is the author of numerous publications. Mr. Gopal holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay and a doctorate degree in computer science from Cornell University.

Craig Griffin joined Silver Lake in 2011 and is an Operating Executive. Mr. Griffin has over 15 years of experience in operating, strategy, and deal-making roles. Prior to Silver Lake, Mr. Griffin held several operating roles at Cisco Systems, most recently leading inbound and outbound product management for the Nexus 7000, Cisco’s flagship Ethernet switch. Mr. Griffin originally joined Cisco as part of the Business Development Group where he was lead or a key deal team member on over 20 acquisitions and 25 venture investments. Before Cisco, Mr. Griffin was a consultant with McKinsey & Co. in Boston and New Delhi. Mr. Griffin was previously a board member of Hammerhead Networks and Specular Networks. Mr. Griffin received an M.B.A from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Greg Hughes joined Silver Lake in 2011 and is an Operating Partner. Mr. Hughes has over 20 years of experience as a senior executive and consultant in the technology industry. Prior to joining Silver Lake, he was a senior executive at Symantec most recently serving as Group President, Enterprise Products where he had overall responsibility for the $4 billion enterprise software business and led the engineering and product management team. Mr. Hughes held other roles in his tenure at Symantec, including Chief Strategy Officer and Group President, Global Services. Prior to joining Symantec, he was Executive Vice President, Global Services at VERITAS Software. Mr. Hughes joined VERITAS after a 10-year career at McKinsey & Company, where he most recently served as Partner and founded and led the Software Practice. Prior to McKinsey, Mr. Hughes was the founder and CEO of Granite Microsystems, an industrial computer provider. Currently, Mr. Hughes is a board member of Serena Software and LogMeIn, and was previously a board member of Art Technology Group and the Huawei-Symantec joint venture. Mr. Hughes has an M.B.A from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Caimin Jones joined Silver Lake in 2011 and is an Operating Executive. He has nearly 15 years experience in both operational and advisory roles. He has worked in Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East across the automotive, energy, financial services, biotechnology, and technology sectors. Caimin joined Silver Lake from Alvarez & Marsal where he was a Director in A&M's private equity performance improvement business in Europe. He worked with a range of private equity sponsored businesses including the operational turn-around of a UK based transportation business and the carve out and separation of a number of businesses from their parent companies, including managing the transitional services for Lehman Brothers Holdings in Europe. Prior to A&M, Caimin worked for Marakon Associates, a boutique strategy consulting firm, where he worked on a number of large scale, growth orientated, change projects in the financial services and pharmaceutical industries. Caimin started his career as a Software engineer in Ireland developing software to implement short messaging systems in Europe, USA, and Japan and he subsequently worked on large scale, energy infrastructure projects at Siemens AG. Mr. Jones read Electronic Engineering at University of Limerick, Ireland, and has an MBA earned from IMD in Switzerland and an LLB from the Open University in the UK.

Tezira Nabongo joined Silver Lake in 2012 and is Vice President - Talent Management. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Ms. Nabongo was the Director of Global Senior Talent Acquisition at Cisco Systems where she led global VP to C-Suite level external hiring, internal mobility, and strategic sourcing. Prior to Cisco Systems, she was an executive search consultant in the Software and Technology Practices of Heidrick & Struggles. Ms. Nabongo holds an A.B. in Legal Studies from the University of California at Berkeley and J.D. and M.A. degrees from the University of Southern California.

Serene Nah joined Silver Lake in 2011 and is an Operating Executive. Previously, Ms. Nah was CFO of GE Capital Greater China, where she was the key executive in charge of finance, treasury, and tax operations. She also worked with the management team to revamp strategy and worked on forging joint ventures and business development opportunities with large state-owned enterprises. Ms. Nah worked for GE in various business units for 10 years on a management fast track, in which, she spent 4 years on the Corporate Audit Staff (CAS), covering financial, process, compliance audits, and M&A work in Europe, the US, and Asia. Ms. Nah has a strong background in internal audit, financial reporting, FP&A, financial systems, and financial strategy and has spent the last 4 years focusing on operations in China and the rest of Asia. Ms. Nah holds an Executive M.B.A from Kellogg- HKUST and a B.S. degree from Nanyang Business School at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Jeff Schneble joined Silver Lake in 2011 and is an Associate. Dr. Schneble has over 10 years of experience in entrepreneurship and technology development. Dr. Schneble was a founding member of the semiconductor consulting practice at Keystone Strategy, where he worked with Fortune 500 companies in the United States and opened the firm's office in the Middle East. Dr. Schneble has also founded three start-up companies, starting his first company while a senior in high school. More recently, Dr. Schneble has founded and raised seed funding for two high-tech start-ups, one focused on bioinformatics and one focused on applying machine learning to content filtering on the internet. As a technologist, Dr. Schneble has performed Ph.D. research on new forms of computing using advanced semiconductor devices. Dr. Schneble has published numerous articles on semiconductors and technology in peer-reviewed journals, and has also contributed to books on management, finance, and energy. Dr. Schneble holds a B.Sc. degree in Physics from the University of Washington, a Ph.D. in Semiconductor Physics from the University of Cambridge, and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.

Jason Babcoke joined Silver Lake in 2011 and is a Principal focused on the firm's middle market strategy, Silver Lake Sumeru. He has significant experience in technology-focused investing and operations. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Babcoke worked at Symphony Technology Group, investing in mid-market software and technology-enabled service companies across multiple sectors. Previously, Mr. Babcoke was a Sr. Manager at Applied Biosystems responsible for strategic product development, and Director of Engineering for Angstron Systems, a venture backed company acquired by Novellus. Earlier in his career, Mr. Babcoke ran technology development projects at Applied Materials and led evaluation of investment opportunities for the Spark Group, a technology-focused investment group founded by professors from UC Berkeley. He holds an M.B.A. with high distinction (Baker Scholar) from Harvard Business School, a B.S. in Engineering from UC Berkeley, and a Masters from Stanford in Management Science and Engineering. He also holds four issued patents.

John Brennan joined Silver Lake in 2008 and is a Managing Director focused on the firm's middle market strategy, Silver Lake Sumeru. He has significant experience as a senior executive in technology companies and in strategy consulting. Prior to joining Silver Lake Sumeru, Mr. Brennan was at Adobe Systems where he most recently led the company's Platform Software business unit. In addition, Mr. Brennan directed the activities of Adobe's Creative Professional business unit in an operating capacity in 2005. Prior to Adobe Systems, Mr. Brennan was with Hewlett-Packard Company, where as Senior Vice President of SMB segment operations, he was responsible for the sales and marketing of the portfolio of products targeted at the SMB segment. Mr. Brennan also spent 8 years working for Accenture Strategic Services where he was a Principal and Associate Partner of Electronics and High-Tech Practice. Mr. Brennan is a director on the boards of AVI-SPL and Opera Solutions. He holds degrees from Yale University and the University of California, Berkeley.

Jake Gotta joined Silver Lake in 2011 as an Associate focused on the firm's middle market strategy, Silver Lake Sumeru. Previously, he worked in the Industrials Investment Banking Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Gotta graduated with distinction from the University of Wisconsin with a B.B.A. in Finance.

Mark Haller joined Silver Lake in 2012 as an Associate focused on the firm’s middle market strategy, Silver Lake Sumeru. Previously, he worked in the Industrials Investment Banking Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co.  Mr. Haller graduated with honors from the University of Illinois with a Master of Accounting Science, a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Accountancy.

Sam Halls joined Silver Lake in 2012 as an Associate focused on the firm’s middle market strategy, Silver Lake Sumeru. Previously, he worked in the Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley in the Los Angeles office covering primarily the consumer and media sectors. Mr. Halls graduated with honors from Duke University where he received a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in History.

Hollie Moore Haynes is a Managing Director based in Menlo Park. She joined Silver Lake in 1999 and is focused on the firm's middle market strategy, Silver Lake Sumeru, where she has been a member of the Investment Committee since its founding. She serves on the board of directors of Medseek and Mobile Messenger and is a board observer for Opera Solutions and Talend. Previously, she served on the board of directors of i2. Prior to Silver Lake, she worked in private equity at Hellman & Friedman and in investment banking at Morgan Stanley & Co. She graduated from Harvard University with an A.B. in Economics and received an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

John Hofmann joined Silver Lake in 2010 and is a Director focused on the firm's middle market strategy, Silver Lake Sumeru. He has significant experience executing technology-based private equity investments across multiple sectors of the economy. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Hofmann worked at GTCR Golder Rauner where he focused on mid-market leveraged buyouts and growth equity investments across a variety of industries, including transaction processing/payments, telecommunications/wireless, enterprise software, Internet/e-commerce and technology-enabled services. Previously, Mr. Hofmann was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company where he performed strategic and operational assessments for numerous corporate clients. Previously, he served on the board of Syniverse Technologies and National Processing Company. Mr. Hofmann holds an M.B.A from the Harvard Business School and a B.A. in History from the University of Pennsylvania.

Yicong Liu joined Silver Lake in 2011 as an Associate focused on the firm's middle market strategy, Silver Lake Sumeru. Previously, she worked at the Technology Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley. Ms. Liu graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering with a Biological Focus.

Paul Mercadante joined Silver Lake in 2007 from Shah Capital Partners (SCP) and is a Managing Director focused on the firm's middle market strategy, Silver Lake Sumeru. He has significant experience as a senior management executive. Prior to joining SCP, Mr. Mercadante was President of Force Computers ("Force"), a leading provider of embedded computing systems and a wholly owned subsidiary of Solectron, Inc. that was subsequently sold to Motorola, Inc. in 2004. Prior to Force, Mr. Mercadante was the Vice President of Strategic Planning for Solectron's $2 billion Technology Solutions Business Unit. Mr. Mercadante also has previous experiences with SMART Modular Technologies, Rose Communications, Activision, and Apex Data. He serves on the Board of Directors of PrimeSense, Spansion, SMART Modular Technologies (WWH), Inc., and Mobile Messenger. He has a B.A. in Economics from the State University of New York.

Sanjeet Mitra joined Silver Lake in 2007 and is a Principal focused on the firm’s middle market strategy, Silver Lake Sumeru. He currently serves on the board of directors of Velocity Technology Solutions. Previously, he worked in the Industrials Investment Banking Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in San Francisco. Mr. Mitra graduated with honors from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.S. in Business Administration.

Randy Randleman joined Silver Lake in 2010 and is a Director focused on the firm's middle market strategy, Silver Lake Sumeru. He has spent his career in finance and operating roles in technology companies. From 2006 to 2010, Mr. Randleman was a finance executive at Qualcomm, where he had responsibility for consolidated financial reporting, mergers & acquisitions and strategic planning for multiple business units. Prior to Qualcomm, Mr. Randleman worked at Sprint Communications where he led finance organizations responsible for pricing and cash disbursements. Mr. Randleman began his career with U.S. Filter Corporation's European operations, where he managed the integration of international acquisitions. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. with distinction from Harvard Business School.

Kyle Ryland is a Managing Director focused on the firm’s middle market strategy, Silver Lake Sumeru. He has in-depth experience with investments, financings, mergers, and acquisitions in the technology sector. Mr. Ryland joined Silver Lake in 2007 from Shah Capital Partners where he served as a Senior Partner. Before joining Shah Capital, he was a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers and head of Global Technology Investment Banking. Prior to Lehman Brothers, he was an investment banker at Robertson Stephens covering the technology sector and also worked in the firm’s Venture Capital funds where he analyzed and executed venture capital investments. Mr. Ryland is a director on the boards of AVI-SPL, Inc., Locaweb, and Power-One, Inc. He holds a B.A. in Political Science and Public Policy Studies from Duke University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business.

Ajay Shah founded Shah Capital Partners in 2004 and joined the Silver Lake team in 2007 as the Managing Partner to found and develop the firm's middle market strategy, Silver Lake Sumeru. Prior to founding Shah Capital, Mr. Shah founded and managed the Technology Solutions Business of Solectron, a $2 billion business. Mr. Shah was the CEO of Smart Modular Technologies, a company that he co-founded in 1989 and led through its public offering in 1995. He managed its growth to over $1 billion in revenues and directed its acquisition by Solectron Corp. in 1999 for over $2 billion. Mr. Shah serves on the board of directors of Flextronics, TES, CMAC, Ingenient, Magellan, Mobile Messenger, AVI-SPL, Inc., Power-One, Inc., and is chairman of the board of SMART Modular. He is a senior fellow of the American Leadership Forum and also serves on the boards of Northern California Public Broadcasting and The Indian School of Business, India and is a Trustee of the American India Foundation. He has a B.S. in Engineering from University of Baroda and an M.S. in Engineering Management from Stanford University.

Baker Shogry joined Silver Lake in 2012 as an Associate focused on the firm’s middle market strategy, Silver Lake Sumeru. Previously, he worked at Bain & Company where he advised private equity clients on both due diligence and portfolio value creation. In addition, he served corporate clients across a number of functions, including growth strategy, M&A and divestitures. Mr. Shogry graduated with honors from Davidson College with a B.A. in Economics.

Sharin Valia joined Silver Lake in 2010 and is a Senior Associate focused on the firm's middle market strategy, Silver Lake Sumeru. Previously, he worked in the Industrials and Financial Sponsors Investment Banking Groups at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Valia graduated with high honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a B.S. in Finance.

Mike Widmann joined Silver Lake in 2011 as an Associate focused on the firm's middle market strategy, Silver Lake Sumeru. Previously, he worked in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Credit Suisse in San Francisco. Mr. Widmann graduated with honors from Claremont McKenna College where he received a B.A. in Economics and was a Robert Day Scholar.

Raymond Wu joined Silver Lake in 2009 and is a Principal focused on the firm's middle market strategy, Silver Lake Sumeru. Prior to joining Silver Lake, he worked at McKinsey & Company, having served clients in technology, private equity, and financial institutions. Mr. Wu graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.

Charlene Au joined Silver Lake Credit in 2010 as an Operations Analyst. Prior to joining Silver Lake Credit, Ms. Au was a senior associate with Ernst & Young in the Asset Management Group. She has served a variety of clients, including multi-strategy funds, venture capital funds, funds of hedge funds, hedge funds, and registered investment advisers. As an associate, Ms. Au was responsible for the audits on various portfolios, including private investments, real estate investments, and distressed debt as well as clients that report under international financial reporting standards. Ms. Au earned her bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley in Legal Studies, with a concentration in Accounting.

Susannah Carrier joined Silver Lake in 2006 and is a Managing Director. Ms. Carrier heads fund marketing and investor relations for all the Firm’s strategies. She joined Silver Lake from Quadrangle Group LLC in New York, where she focused on private equity and hedge fund investor relations. Ms. Carrier previously was with Credit Suisse based in London, focused on private equity business development for the financial sponsor group, preceded by time with the technology investment banking group. Before moving to London, she had been with SG Cowen in San Francisco working on numerous public and private equity offerings for technology companies. Before graduate school, Ms. Carrier worked in New York in the international private bank of Citibank as a member of the equity investment strategy team. Previously she had worked at Bankers Trust Company in their investment management division focused on balanced portfolios for international institutional clients and in their global investment banking division focused on the airline, aerospace, and defense industries. Ms. Carrier received an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and a B.A. with distinction from Wellesley College.

Thomas Conneely joined Silver Lake in 2012 and is Vice President of Operations at Silver Lake Waterman. He is an industry veteran with over 20 years of fund operations experience. Mr. Conneely is well versed in all operational elements of the private technology debt business. Prior to Silver Lake, Mr. Conneely spent over 16 years at Lighthouse Capital Partners with responsibility for contract management, process infrastructure, compliance, and risk management for over $1.6 billion in invested capital. Prior to Lighthouse, Mr. Conneely held operational and management roles at GE Capital, Ally Capital, and Unicom Computer. Mr. Conneely received a B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara. 

Sahil W. Desai joined Silver Lake in 2012 as Deputy Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Desai served for 10 years with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, ultimately reaching the position of Senior Counsel in the Enforcement Division's Asset Management Unit, which investigates and prosecutes securities law violations involving asset management firms. Earlier in his career, Mr. Desai practiced law at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP and Sullivan & Cromwell. Mr. Desai holds a B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the University of Chicago, where he was a member of the University of Chicago Law Review.

Jon Goldberg joined Silver Lake in 2008 and is Vice President and Controller - Management Entities. Prior to Silver Lake, Mr. Goldberg was a Vice President at JPMorgan where he served in successive roles as the Controller for the Prime Brokerage and Structured Credit businesses upon completion of the JPMorgan Chase Finance Associate Leadership Program. Mr. Goldberg also worked as a media and telecom investment banker at Salomon Brothers/Citigroup, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions. Mr. Goldberg graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.S. in Business, and also received an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Gordon M. Goldstein joined Silver Lake in 2010. He is a Managing Director with responsibility for global external affairs, including government relations, public policy, strategic communications, and media relations issues for Silver Lake as well as key public affairs issues for the firm’s portfolio companies. In 2012 Mr. Goldstein  represented Silver Lake as a member of the United States government and industry delegation to the World Conference on International Telecommunications. Mr. Goldstein previously served as a Managing Director at Clark & Weinstock, a government relations, corporate communications, and strategy consulting firm.

Mr. Goldstein is a former Senior Adviser to the Strategic Planning Unit of the Executive Office of the United Nations Secretary General and previously served as Co-Director of the Council on Foreign Relations Project on the Information Revolution and as Co-Director of the Brookings Institution Project on Sovereign Wealth Funds and Global Public Investors. Mr. Goldstein is a former Wayland Fellow and visiting lecturer at the Watson Institute for International Studies at Brown University and was a visiting lecturer at the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency. He is the author of Lessons In Disaster: McGeorge Bundy and the Path to War in Vietnam, a study of national security strategy and White House decision-making which was a Foreign Affairs bestseller published by Times Books. He has appeared on the ABC, CNN, MSNBC, and BBC television networks and his articles and book review essays have appeared in the New York Times, Washington Post, Newsweek, Financial Times, and other publications. Mr. Goldstein is a graduate of Columbia University, where he was an International Fellow and was awarded a B.A. and M.I.A. as well as the M.Phil and Ph.D degrees in political science and international relations.

Dan Hoevel joined Silver Lake in 2013 as an Associate. Previously, he worked in the Equity Capital Markets Group at Lazard. Mr. Hoevel graduated with honors from Kalamazoo College with a B.A. in Economics.

Nicole Hook joined Silver Lake in 2009 and is a Manager - Human Resources. Prior to joining Silver Lake, she was with The Carlyle Group and the multi-strategy hedge fund, Carlyle-Blue Wave. At Carlyle-Blue Wave, Ms. Hook was the Human Resources Coordinator and was involved with strategic projects and initiatives for the HR function. She was previously with the bio-pharmaceutical firm ImClone Systems Incorporated, where as a Senior Coordinator she was responsible for the management of daily operations in their New York corporate headquarters. Ms. Hook holds a B.A. in Communication from Western Connecticut State University.

Angela Jiang joined Silver Lake in April 2004 and is Vice President and Controller - Funds. Ms. Jiang has over eight years of experience in the financial aspects of the high-tech and venture capital industries. Prior to Silver Lake, Ms. Jiang was a financial consultant for companies in the software industry. Ms. Jiang began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she progressed to Audit Manager and managed many public and private software clients as well as venture capital clients. Ms. Jiang holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from Fudan University, China and received an M.P.A. from West Virginia University Graduate School of Business. Ms. Jiang is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Yolande Jun joined Silver Lake in 2000 and is the Senior Vice President - Finance. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Ms Jun was a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she directed the finance function for the San Jose practice. At PwC, Ms. Jun also had many years of accounting experience in the assurance practice, as well as consulting experience in the business advisory services group. Ms. Jun holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Rhodes University, South Africa and a post graduate Higher Diploma in Accounting from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa.  Ms. Jun is a Chartered Accountant.

Rex Khan joined Silver Lake in 2004. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Khan practiced as an associate at the law firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in its Palo Alto office, where he specialized in capital markets transactions. While at Simpson Thacher, Mr. Khan also advised various companies on corporate governance and SEC reporting matters. Mr. Khan holds a bachelor degree in Economics and a master degree in International Relations from the University of California at San Diego and a law degree from Cornell Law School.

Karen King joined Silver Lake in 2004 and is a Managing Director. As the Chief Legal Officer, she oversees a team of lawyers in Menlo Park, New York, London, and Hong Kong. Ms. King and her team are involved in all aspects of the Firm's business from fundraising to deal execution to portfolio management and liquidity, as well as risk management. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Ms. King worked for a number of years at the law firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in its Palo Alto, New York, and London offices. During her time there she worked on capital markets transactions, such as initial public offerings and high yield debt financings, as well as mergers and acquisitions, including representing several private equity firms. Ms. King holds an A.B. from Duke University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School and serves on the boards of several non-profit institutions.

Paola Maleh joined Silver Lake in 2011 and is a Senior Vice President. Paola is responsible for marketing and investor relations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She joined Silver Lake from the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (“ADIA”) where she focused on private equity fund investments and co-investments as well as on developing the Private Equity department’s strategy. Paola previously was with McKinsey & Company based in the New York and London offices, where she focused primarily on serving financial institutions in the US and Europe. Before graduate school, Paola worked in Boston for EMC as a software engineer. Paola received an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a B.Sc. in Computer Science from McGill University, and holds the CFA designation.

Katie Morin joined Silver Lake in 2010 and is a Manager - Human Resources. Prior to joining Silver Lake, she was the Assistant Director, Human Resources at the Council on Foreign Relations where she was responsible for the benefit and compensation programs for the organization. Prior to the Council on Foreign Relations, Ms. Morin was at New England Baptist Hospital as a Human Resources Generalist and focused mainly on recruitment. Ms. Morin holds a B.A. in International Business from Loyola College in Maryland.

Janice Oh joined Silver Lake in 2012 as Coordinator - Investor Administration. Before joining Silver Lake, Ms. Oh worked as a Research Attorney at the San Mateo County Superior Court. She previously worked in legal support at global law firms Ropes & Gray LLP and Alston & Bird LLP. Ms. Oh holds a J.D. from St. John's University School of Law and a B.A. in English from Stony Brook University.

Audra Paterna joined Silver Lake in 2008 and is the Senior Vice President - Human Resources. Prior to joining Silver Lake Ms. Paterna was the Director of Human Resources at Carlyle-Blue Wave (a joint venture with The Carlyle Group) where she was responsible for the development and implementation of all Human Resource related strategies and initiatives. Prior to Carlyle-Blue Wave, she was with The Carlyle Group and was responsible for a wide variety of Human Resource related programs and initiatives for the New York office. Ms. Paterna holds a B.A. in English from Simmons College.

Jacqueline Petts is the Head of Legal - Asia and is located in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Silver Lake in 2007, Ms. Petts practiced as an associate for a number of years at Sullivan & Cromwell, LLP in London. While at Sullivan & Cromwell, Ms. Petts advised on a broad range of corporate and finance matters and was seconded to the corporate transactions team at Barclays Bank PLC. Prior to working at Sullivan & Cromwell, Ms. Petts worked in the London and Hong Kong offices of Simmons & Simmons during which time she was also seconded to UBS. Ms. Petts holds a B.A. and M.A. in jurisprudence from Magdalen College, Oxford and is qualified to practice law in England and Wales and New York.

Lindsey Press joined Silver Lake in 2012 and is a Vice President. Ms. Press assists with the fund marketing efforts and investor relations for all the Firm’s strategies. Ms. Press joined Silver Lake from UBS Investment Bank, where she advised private equity firms on fundraising mandates. Prior to UBS, Ms. Press was with American Capital, Ltd., where she focused on mezzanine and private equity investments in the middle market. Ms. Press was formerly an investment banker at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Credit Suisse, where she worked on mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions in the Global Industrials and Services Group. Ms. Press graduated from Harvard College with an A.B. in Art History and a citation in French language and was a John Harvard Scholar.

Andy Schader joined Silver Lake in 2008 and is a Managing Director and General Counsel of Silver Lake Partners. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Schader worked for seven years at Ropes & Gray LLP in its Boston office, where he specialized in leveraged buyouts and other private equity investments. While at Ropes & Gray, he also advised private equity sponsors in their fundraising activities and investment managers in various structured finance transactions. Mr. Schader holds an A.B. from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Sathya Shanthakumar joined Silver Lake in 2007 and is a Senior Associate. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Central Michigan University and an M.B.A. from San Jose State University.

David Smolen joined Silver Lake in 2011 as Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Smolen was General Counsel, CFO & COO of a hedge fund specializing in growth capital investments, co-founder of a venture investing firm, a securities lawyer at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York, a clerk for the Honorable Richard F. Suhrheinrich on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Dominican Republic. Mr. Smolen holds J.D., M.A., and B.A. degrees from Stanford University and was an Editor of the Stanford Law Review.

Germaine Sze joined Silver Lake in 2011 and is a Senior Vice President. She is responsible for marketing and investor relations in the Asia Pacific region. Previously, Ms. Sze was a Client Director and the Head of the Institutional-Asia Pacific group at GAM for eight years. Prior to joining GAM, Germaine worked with HSBC Asset Management, focused on institutional business development preceded by time in quantitative research. Ms. Sze graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Smith College with a B.A. in Economics and holds the CFA designation. Germaine speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Andy Wagner joined Silver Lake in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer and is a Managing Director. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Wagner was Senior Managing Director of Finance and Administration at GSC Group, a diversified asset manager focused on credit-based alternative investment strategies. Previously, Mr. Wagner was General Partner and CFO of the private equity firm RFE Investment Partners. Prior to RFE Investment Partners, Mr. Wagner was with Arthur Andersen & Co. for 17 years, where he was Partner in Charge of the Stamford, Connecticut Tax Practice. Mr. Wagner is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. from the University of Connecticut.

Seda Yalçinkaya is the Head of Legal - EMEA and is located in London. Prior to joining Silver Lake in 2011, Ms. Yalçınkaya was a Director and Deputy General Counsel at Citi Capital Advisors, where she acted as general counsel to Citi Venture Capital International, the emerging markets private equity business of Citi, and prior to that, the Deputy Head of M&A Legal for Citigroup, in which role she advised senior management on proprietary M&A transactions. Prior to joining Citi, Ms. Yalçınkaya was a corporate associate at the New York and London offices of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, focusing on M&A, private equity, and leveraged finance transactions. Ms. Yalçınkaya holds an A.B. from Harvard University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School, and is qualified to practice law in New York and in England and Wales.

Charles Giancarlo joined Silver Lake in 2007 and is a Managing Director and Head of Value Creation. Mr. Giancarlo has over 25 years of experience in the communications industry. Mr. Giancarlo was interim CEO of Avaya in 2008 and is currently chairman of the board. Mr. Giancarlo serves on the boards of Mercury Payment Systems and Vantage and previously served on the board of Skype. He also currently serves on the board of Accenture. A senior executive at Cisco Systems from 1993-2007, Mr. Giancarlo most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer of Cisco and President of Cisco-Linksys, leading the company’s overall product operating activities. As Chief Development Officer, Mr. Giancarlo directed the activities of half of Cisco’s employees, and was directly responsible for Cisco’s expansion into a large number of new markets and technologies. His first position at Cisco was Vice President of Business Development, where he developed Cisco’s merger and acquisition strategy and practice. Prior to Cisco, Mr. Giancarlo founded or was an early executive in several successful startups including Kalpana, the inventor of the Ethernet Switch, which was later sold to Cisco. Mr. Giancarlo holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Brown University, an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, and an M.B.A. from Harvard University. Mr. Giancarlo currently serves on the advisory board for the UC Berkeley School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and is a trustee of Brown University.

Alan Austin joined Silver Lake in 2003 and is a Managing Director. He has extensive experience as an attorney specializing in corporate and securities work and also as a leader of professional service organizations. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Austin was a General Partner at Accel Partners, an early stage venture capital firm. He was previously a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati for 13 years and served as the Managing Partner from 1995 until 2000. Earlier in his career, Mr. Austin was a partner at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe, where he practiced for 12 years and chaired the Corporate Department. In 1974 and 1975, Mr. Austin served as a law clerk to Justice William O. Douglas on the U.S. Supreme Court. He serves on the boards of directors of several non-profit organizations, including Fresh Lifelines for Youth (FLY) and Peninsula Bridge. He has served on the boards of a number of for-profit companies including Instinet, Inc. and Yodlee, Inc., and he also served on the Private Equity Steering Committee of the UN Compact on Principles of Responsible Investing. Mr. Austin holds an A.B. from Harvard University and a J.D. from Stanford Law School.

Joerg Adams joined Silver Lake in 2006 and is a Principal. Previously, he worked in the Natural Resources Investment Banking Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Prior to Goldman, Sachs & Co., Mr. Adams worked in the Fixed Income Investment Management Division at J.P. Morgan. He graduated from Indiana University with a B.Sc. in Finance and holds a degree in European Business Administration from the European Partnership of Business Schools in Reutlingen, Germany.

Sachin Amrute joined Silver Lake in 2011 as an Analyst. Previously, he completed an internship in the Corporate Private Equity Group at The Blackstone Group. Mr. Amrute graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Management.

Mike Bingle joined Silver Lake in 2000 and is a Managing Partner and Managing Director. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Bingle was a principal at Apollo Advisors, L.P., then a large-scale and diversified private equity firm. Prior to Apollo, Mr. Bingle worked as an investment banker in the Leveraged Finance Group of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Bingle serves on the board of directors of Gartner, Inc., Gerson Lehrman Group, Inc., Mercury Payment Systems, LLC, Interactive Data Corporation, IPC Systems, Inc., and Virtu Financial, LLC. He is also a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Previously Mr. Bingle was a director of Ameritrade Holding Corp., Datek Online Holdings, Inc., and Instinet, Inc. He holds a B.S.E. in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University.

Jimmy Chang joined Silver Lake in 2013 and is a Director.  Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Chang was an investment banker for over 10 years and an Executive Director in the Global Technology Group of Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Division.  While at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Chang worked in both the Hong Kong and Menlo Park offices, focusing on equity and debt financings as well as mergers and acquisitions for large and mid cap companies across numerous sectors including Internet, telecom equipment, semiconductors, hardware and software.  Mr. Chang graduated from M.I.T. with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering Computer Science and a B.S. in Management Science - Finance.

Eric Chen joined Silver Lake in 2008 and is a Managing Director. Prior to Silver Lake, Dr. Chen was a Senior Vice President and Executive Committee member of ASML, a global leader in semiconductor technology. Dr. Chen joined ASML following its acquisition of Brion Technologies in 2007, the company he co-founded in 2002 and served as the CEO since inception. He was formerly a Senior Vice President at J.P. Morgan, where he coordinated the global research effort in the electronics sector and conducted equity research for a number of technology segments. Earlier in his career, Dr. Chen conducted theoretical physics research at Conseil Européen pour la Recherche Nucléaire ("CERN") and at the Advanced Product Research Development Laboratory and MOS-13 facility for Motorola. Dr. Chen is currently on the board of Allyes Online Media Holding and Hillstone Networks. Previously, he served on the boards of Nobao Renewable Energy Holdings Limited and Varian Semiconductor. Dr. Chen was born and raised in China and is bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin). He represented China in the International Physics Olympics in Germany, earning the Silver Medal. Dr. Chen studied Physics at Peking University and received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Hugo Chong joined Silver Lake in 2012 and is a Research Analyst. Previously he worked as an intern for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, focusing on the field of finance and banking. He graduated from Peking University in 2012 with a B.A. in Finance and Banking.

Zhengyan Chua joined Silver Lake in 2009 and is an Associate. Previously, he completed internships in the Media and Communications as well as the Mergers and Acquisitions Investment Banking Groups at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Chua graduated with a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Jim Davidson is a Managing Partner and Managing Director of Silver Lake, which he co-founded in 1999. He currently serves as Chairman of the Managing Partners Committee of Silver Lake. Mr. Davidson has been an active advisor to and investor in the technology industries for more than 25 years. Prior to Silver Lake, Mr. Davidson was a Managing Director at Hambrecht & Quist, a technology-focused investment bank and venture capital firm (now part of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., “H&Q”). Mr. Davidson managed several businesses at H&Q, including the Technology Investment Banking business and the Mergers and Acquisitions business. Prior to H&Q, he was a corporate-securities attorney for Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro. Mr. Davidson serves on the boards of Flextronics International Ltd. and SMART Modular Technologies (WWH), Inc. Previously, he was a director of Avago Technologies, Seagate Technology, and Skype, among other companies. Mr. Davidson also serves on the Investment Committee for Silver Lake Sumeru and the Strategy Committee for Silver Lake Credit.  He also serves on the boards of a private corporation and a number of non-profit organizations including the University of California, Berkeley Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology, the Jeffrey S. Raikes School of Computer Science & Management, and the US Olympic Foundation Board of Trustees. Mr. Davidson holds a B.S. from the University of Nebraska and a J.D. from the University of Michigan.

Sean Delehanty joined Silver Lake in 2003 and is a Director. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Delehanty worked in the Investment Banking Group at Lehman Brothers, where he focused on M&A and financings for technology companies. Mr. Delehanty graduated from Duke University with a B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Delehanty is a director of Interactive Data Corporation.

Egon Durban is a Managing Partner and Managing Director of Silver Lake, which he joined at its founding in 1999. He is based in the firm's Menlo Park office and has previously served in the New York office as well as the London office, which he launched and managed  from 2005 to 2010. Mr. Durban serves on the Supervisory board and Operating Committee of NXP B.V., the Board of Directors of Intelsat Ltd. and Multiplan Inc., and the Executive Committee of William Morris Endeavor. Previously, he served on the Board of Skype and was the chairman of its operating committee. Mr. Durban currently serves on the board of Tipping Point, a poverty-fighting organization that identifies and funds leading non-profit programs in the Bay Area to assist individuals and families in need.

Prior to Silver Lake, Mr. Durban worked in Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Division. While at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Durban organized and led a joint initiative between the Corporate Finance Technology Group and the Mergers and Acquisitions Financial Sponsors Group to analyze and present investment opportunities in the technology industry. Previously, Mr. Durban worked in Morgan Stanley's Corporate Finance Technology and Equity Capital Markets groups. Mr. Durban graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S. in Finance.

Jonathan Durham joined Silver Lake in 2005 and is a Principal. Mr. Durham joined Silver Lake as a Research Analyst in the Firm’s New York office. Prior to Silver Lake, Mr. Durham graduated from Harvard College with an A.B. in History.

Stephen Evans joined Silver Lake in 2008 and is a Director. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Evans was a Principal at Cognetas, a European mid-market private equity firm. At Cognetas, Mr. Evans focused on transactions across a variety of service sectors, including business services, information services, and construction and utility services. Previously, Mr. Evans spent five years at Bain & Company. In his time at Bain & Company, Mr. Evans advised clients in Europe and the US across a variety of industries and also spent two years in Bain's Private Equity group. Mr. Evans holds an M.A and an M.Phil from Cambridge University, and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.

Evan Feinberg joined Silver Lake in 2009 and is an Associate. Previously, Mr. Feinberg completed an internship in the Media and Communications Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Feinberg graduated summa cum laude from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with dual concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship and Innovation. At Wharton, he was a Joseph Wharton Scholar and elected to Beta Gamma Sigma.

John Flynn joined Silver Lake in 2008 and is a Principal. Previously, he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Evercore Partners. Mr. Flynn graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S.E. from The Wharton School and a B.A.S. from the School of Engineering & Applied Science.

Zach Goodman joined Silver Lake in 2011 as an Associate. Previously, he worked in the Media & Communications Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley. He currently serves on the board of directors of Futures and Options, a non-profit organization that empowers New York City’s underserved youth to explore careers through professional development and paid, mentored internships. Mr. Goodman graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Economics and an A.B. in History from Duke University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Kevin Guan joined Silver Lake in 2013 as an Analyst. Previously, he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Guan graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business.

Sören Haefcke joined Silver Lake in 2012 as an Analyst. Previously, he completed internships in the Principal Investment Area at Goldman Sachs, at Waterland Private Equity, and at The Boston Consulting Group. Mr. Haefcke graduated from the Stockholm School of Economics with an M.Sc. in Finance and from Münster University with a B.Sc. in Business Administration.

Jordan Halpern-Leistner joined Silver Lake in 2010 and is an Associate. Previously, he completed an internship in the Communications and Media Investment Banking Group at Barclays Capital. Mr. Halpern-Leistner graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania where he received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and a B.A. in Political Science from the College of Arts and Sciences, and was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma.

Ken Hao joined Silver Lake in 2000 and is a Managing Partner and Managing Director. In 2007 and 2008, he led the establishment of the firm’s offices in China and Japan. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Hao was a Managing Director at Hambrecht & Quist (“H&Q”) where he led a range of investment banking and venture capital activities. Mr. Hao currently serves as a director on the boards of Allyes Online Media Holding, Avago Technologies Limited, and SMART Modular Technologies (WWH), Inc. Previously, he was a director of NetScout Systems, Inc., UGS Corp., Network General Corporation, and Certance Holdings (acquired by Quantum, and formerly a division of Seagate Technology). Mr. Hao graduated from Harvard College with an A.B. in Economics.

Mr. Hutchins is a co-founder and Managing Director of Silver Lake, which is one of the world's largest firms investing in technology and technology-enabled businesses. He is chairman of the board of SunGard Corp. and a director of the NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. and Mercury Payment Systems. Mr. Hutchins served President Clinton in both the transition and the White House as a special advisor on economic and health-care policy. He is also a director of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and Vice Chairman of the Brookings Institution. Mr. Hutchins is a director of the Harvard Management Company, which is responsible for the University’s endowment, and Chairman of the DuBois Institute at Harvard. He is an owner and member of the Executive Committee of the Boston Celtics basketball team. He is also a trustee of the New York-Presbyterian Hospital. Mr. Hutchins holds an A.B. from Harvard College, an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Saurabh Jalan joined Silver Lake in 2009 and is an Associate. Previously, he completed an internship in the Technology, Media and Telecom Investment Banking Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Jalan graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, receiving a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and a B.A.S. from the School of Engineering & Applied Science with a minor in Mathematics.

Adam Karol joined Silver Lake in 2009 and is a Director. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Karol worked at Silver Point Capital, L.P., where his investment focus included private equity, distressed debt financings, and direct lending. Previously, Mr. Karol worked at Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P., where he was involved with large-scale private equity investments across a wide range of industries. Prior to that, Mr. Karol worked as an investment banker at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he focused on the technology industry. Mr. Karol received a B.S. in Finance and Management Information Systems from the Wallace E. Carroll School of Management of Boston College, where he graduated first in his class, summa cum laude, and was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma. Mr. Karol also received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Georg Knoflach joined Silver Lake in 2012 as an Associate. Previously, he worked in the German investment banking team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mr. Knoflach graduated from Bocconi University with a B.Sc. in International Economics and Management and from HEC Paris with a M.Sc. in International Business.

Michael Korzinstone joined Silver Lake in 2007 and is a Principal. Mr. Korzinstone graduated summa cum laude from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with dual concentrations in Finance and Accounting. At Wharton, Mr. Korzinstone was a Joseph Wharton Scholar, was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma, and finished in the top 1% of his class. Mr. Korzinstone completed past internships at Lazard Frères, Merrill Lynch, and RBC Capital Markets.

Scott Lefever joined Silver Lake in 2011 as an Analyst. Previously, he completed an internship at Barclays Capital in the Power & Utilities Investment Banking Group. Mr. Lefever graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania where he received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School, a B.A. in Economics from the College of Arts and Sciences, and was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma.

Yingqi Li joined Silver Lake in 2009 and is a Principal. Previously, she worked in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley in Beijing and Hong Kong. Ms. Li graduated with Honors from Fudan University with a B.A. in Marketing.

Nicolas Liao joined Silver Lake in 2011 as an Associate. Previously, he worked in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Barclays Capital in Menlo Park. Mr. Liao graduated from Stanford University with Master and Bachelor degrees in Mechanical Engineering.

Tony Ling joined Silver Lake in 2005 and is a Managing Director. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Ling worked at Bain Capital where he focused on large-scale leveraged buyouts across a variety of industries, including specifically the technology and industrial sectors. Previously, Mr. Ling was a management consultant at Bain & Company where he performed strategic diligence on transactions for private equity clients and strategic development for numerous corporate clients. He currently serves on the board of IPC Systems, Inc. and Go Daddy, Inc. Mr. Ling holds an M.B.A from the Harvard Business School and an A.B. in Economics from Harvard College.

Sean Liu joined Silver Lake in 2012 as an Analyst. Previously, he worked in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley in New York. Mr. Liu graduated summa cum laude from Georgetown University with a B.S. in International Economics and a Certificate in International Business Diplomacy.

Christian Lucas is a Managing Director of Silver Lake which he joined in 2010 to help oversee the firm’s activities in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Mr. Lucas worked for approximately 16 years as an investment banker focusing on the technology, digital media, and telecommunications industries in Europe. From 2004 to 2010, Mr. Lucas was a Managing Director and Head of the Technology group at Morgan Stanley’s investment bank. Mr. Lucas is currently a board member of Global Blue and Soitec and has been appointed as a French Foreign Trade Advisor in the UK. Mr. Lucas earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and also has degrees from ESSEC Graduate School of Management and from ASSAS Law School, both in France.

Mark Margiotta joined Silver Lake in 2012 as an Associate. Previously, he worked in the Media & Communications Investment Banking Group and Leveraged Finance Group at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Margiotta graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S. in Business Administration.

Greg Mondre joined Silver Lake in 1999 and is a Managing Partner and Managing Director based in New York. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Mondre was a principal at Texas Pacific Group, where he focused on private equity investments across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on technology. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mondre worked as an investment banker in the Communications, Media and Entertainment Group of Goldman, Sachs & Co. He currently serves as a director of Avaya, Inc., Go Daddy, Inc., IPC Systems, Inc., Sabre Holdings, Vantage Data Centers, and is on the Operating Committee of SunGard Capital Corp. Previously he was a director of UGS Corporation and Network General Corporation. Mr. Mondre graduated from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics.

Karol Niewiadomski joined Silver Lake in 2007 and is a Principal. Before joining Silver Lake, he worked in the Energy Investment Banking Group at Credit Suisse in London. Mr. Niewiadomski graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with M.Sc. in Finance and holds a M.Sc. in International Management from Community of European Management Schools obtained at the University of Cologne, Germany.

Joe Osnoss joined Silver Lake in 2002 and is a Managing Director. After eight years with Silver Lake in the U.S., Mr. Osnoss moved to London in 2010 to help oversee the firm’s activities in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He is a director of Global Blue, Interactive Data Corporation, Mercury Payment Systems, Sabre Holdings, and Virtu Financial, and previously served on the board of Instinet Incorporated. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Osnoss worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on mergers and financings in the technology and telecommunications industries. He previously held positions at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting in France and at Bracebridge Capital, a fixed income arbitrage hedge fund. Mr. Osnoss graduated summa cum laude from Harvard College with an A.B. in Applied Mathematics-Economics and a citation in French language. He currently is a Visiting Senior Fellow at the London School of Economics, where he participates in teaching and research activities within the Department of Finance.

Ulf Pagenkopf joined Silver Lake in 2012 as an Associate. Previously, he was at Deutsche Bank in the Frankfurt and London offices working in the M&A and Leveraged Debt Capital Markets groups where he was involved in a variety of LBO, high yield, and M&A transactions. Mr. Pagenkopf graduated from the European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel (Germany) with a B.Sc. in General Management.

Kyle Paster joined Silver Lake in 2011 as an Associate. Previously, he worked in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Credit Suisse in San Francisco. Mr. Paster graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with dual concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship, and a minor in Legal Studies and History.

Anish Pathipati joined Silver Lake in 2012 as an Analyst. Previously, he completed internships in Investment Banking with Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan as well as in Corporate Governance Investments with the California State Teachers' Retirement System (CalSTRS). Mr. Pathipati received a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance, summa cum laude, from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.  He won the William D. Gordon Award and the Delta Sigma Pi Scholarship Key for graduating first in his class.

Simon Patterson joined Silver Lake in 2005 and is a Managing Director. Prior to joining Silver Lake, he worked at General Atlantic Partners and at GF-X, provider of the leading air cargo distribution system, where he was a member of the founding management team and held the roles of Senior Vice President Asia Pacific and Product Development Director. Prior to GF-X, he was a Managing Director of BMC, a subsidiary of the Financial Times newspaper, and a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. He serves on the boards of Gerson Lehrman Group, Inc., Intelsat Ltd., and MultiPlan, Inc., and is the Chairman of the Prince's Trust Internet and Media Leadership Group. Mr. Patterson holds an M.A. from King’s College, Cambridge University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar and was presented with the Alexander Robichek Award for Achievement in Finance.

Dave Roux is a co-founder and Senior Director of Silver Lake. He was formerly Chairman and CEO of Liberate Technologies, Executive Vice President at Oracle Corporation, and Senior Vice President at Lotus Development. Mr. Roux began his technology career as co-founder and CEO of Datext, Inc., the first commercial CD-ROM publishing company. Previously, Mr. Roux was a board member of Avaya Inc., Business Objects S.A., Gartner, Inc., Intelsat S.A., Symantec, Thomson, UGS Corp., and was the Chairman of the Board of Seagate Technology and Serena Software. David serves on the boards of The National Audubon Society, Jackson Laboratory, Bowdoin College, and The Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation at the University of Washington. He is also a member of the DuBois Institute's National Advisory Board, a trustee at The Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University, and an advisor to the Positive Coaching Alliance. Mr. Roux holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an M. Phil. from King’s College, Cambridge University. He is a graduate of Harvard College.

Simon Shen joined Silver Lake in 2012 as an Associate. Previously, he worked as a Generalist at Goldman Sachs in San Francisco, where he focused on the Healthcare space. Mr. Shen graduated with highest honors from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business and a B.A. in Economics. 

Meicheng Shi joined Silver Lake in 2011 as an Analyst. Previously, she completed internships in the Technology, Media and Telecom Investment Banking Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co., and at UBS Investment Bank. Ms. Shi graduated summa cum laude from Harvard College with an A.B. in Economics and Psychology, and a citation in French language. At Harvard, she was a John Harvard Scholar, received the Detur Book Prize, and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Ms. Shi spent the 2010-2011 year living in Ghana and New Zealand, pursuing a project on social entrepreneurship through the Harvard College Benjamin A. Trustman post-graduate fellowship.

Yuichiro Takezaki joined Silver Lake in 2009 and is an Associate in Japan. Previously, Mr. Takezaki worked for Perry Capital in Hong Kong where he was responsible for private equity, mezzanine, and distressed deals in Japan. Prior to joining Perry Capital, he worked at Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley in Japan where he focused on the Technology and Communication sectors. Mr. Takezaki graduated from Tokyo University with a B.A. in Law.

Zheng Wang joined Silver Lake in 2008 and is a Managing Director. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Wang worked at General Atlantic where he focused on technology and healthcare related investments in Greater China. Previously, Mr. Wang was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company’s Corporate Finance Practice. Earlier in his career, Mr. Wang also worked for Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse in Silicon Valley. Mr. Wang served on the board of directors of Oak Pacific Interactive and was an observer of the board of directors of Wuxi PharmaTech. He currently serves on the board of Global Blue, Allyes Online Media Holding and iResearch Consulting Group. Mr. Wang graduated summa cum laude from Yale College with majors in Computer Science and Economics.

Lingchao Wang joined Silver Lake in 2012 as an Analyst. Previously, he completed an internship in the Financial Entrepreneurs Group Asia Pacific at Citigroup. Mr. Wang graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting. 

Jason White joined Silver Lake in 2006 and is a Principal. Previously, he worked in the Media & Communications Investment Banking Group and the Convertible Products Group at Morgan Stanley. He currently serves as a director on the board of SMART Modular Technologies (WWH), Inc. Mr. White graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Princeton University with a B.S.E in Operations Research & Financial Engineering.

Lee Wittlinger joined Silver Lake in 2007 and is a Principal. Previously, Mr. Wittlinger worked as an investment banker in the Technology, Media, and Telecom Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions in the technology industry. He currently serves on the board of Vantage Data Centers, LLC. Mr. Wittlinger graduated summa cum laude from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with dual concentrations in Finance and Accounting.

Phillip Wood-Smith Joined Silver Lake in 2007 and is a Principal. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Wood-Smith worked at Bain Capital where he focused on large-scale leveraged buyouts across industries ranging from manufacturing to technology. Previously, Mr. Wood-Smith was a management consultant with Bain & Company in New York and San Francisco focused on strategic due diligence for private equity clients as well as operational and strategic consulting for corporate clients. He graduated magna cum laude from Middlebury College with Highest Honors in political science.

Shinian Ye joined Silver Lake in 2012 as an Associate. Previously, he worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York. Mr. Ye graduated with honors from Dartmouth College with an A.B. in Economics and Asian & Middle Eastern Studies, where he was a James O. Freedman Presidential Scholar.

David Zhang joined Silver Lake in 2013 as an Analyst. Previously, he worked in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Credit Suisse in San Francisco. Mr. Zhang graduated with distinction from the University of Western Ontario with a B.A. in Honors Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business

Mark Zhu joined Silver Lake in 2012 as an Associate. Previously, he worked as an investment banker at Moelis & Company in Los Angeles. Mr. Zhu graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with dual concentrations in Finance and Statistics.

Linda Zhu joined Silver Lake in 2010 as a Research Analyst. Previously, Ms. Zhu worked at McKinsey where she focused on renewable energy and climate change related research in China. Ms. Zhu graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University with a B.A. in Economics.

Raj Atluru joined Silver Lake in 2011 and is a Managing Director of Silver Lake Kraftwerk. He has been investing in the energy and resource sectors since 1996, both domestically and in emerging markets. Prior to Silver Lake, Mr. Atluru was a Partner at Draper Fisher Jurvetson for 11 years where he spearheaded DFJ's cleantech investment practice since 2001 and its India investment operations since 2005, leading DFJ's partnership with Element Partners in 2005 to co-found one of the largest dedicated cleantech funds. Mr. Atluru has led numerous investments in companies specializing in renewable energy, energy storage, smart grid and energy efficiency applications, wireless technologies, and business software and services. On behalf of Silver Lake Kraftwerk, he currently serves on the board of directors of SolarCity (SCTY). In addition, he serves on the advisory board of the Cleantech Investors Forum and co-founded The Spotlight Fund, a non-profit dedicated to funding start-up educational entrepreneurs. Mr. Atluru holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.

Martin Fichtner re-joined Silver Lake in 2010 and is a Managing Director of Silver Lake Kraftwerk. He has extensive experience in finding, executing and adding value to private equity investments in the technology and technology-related sectors. From 2004 to 2010, Mr. Fichtner was a principal at Elevation Partners and focused on private equity investments in the media, entertainment, and consumer-related technology sectors. Prior to Elevation, he was an associate at Silver Lake Partners and focused on private equity investments in the software, semiconductor, network equipment, and other technology sectors. Previously, he worked as an investment banker in the Technology Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Fichtner holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering with distinction and an M.S. in Engineering Economic Systems and Operations Research from Stanford University.

Adam Grosser joined Silver Lake in 2011 and is the Group Head and Managing Director of Silver Lake Kraftwerk. He has 28 years of experience as a successful investor and operator in a broad array of technology companies. Prior to Silver Lake, Mr. Grosser was a General Partner at Foundation Capital where, as part of the cleantech team, he helped to establish a widely regarded and differentiated cleantech investment practice. He served as a Director of Calix Networks Inc. (CALX) since May 2009, including through its public offering in 2010. Mr. Grosser also served on the boards of EnerNoc (ENOC) until June 2010 and Conviva, Control4, GridIron, Sentient Energy, SiBEAM, Silver Spring Networks, and Transmedics until January 2011, and since December 2012 he has served on the board of the National Venture Capital Association. He is a lecturer at the UCLA School of Film and Television and contributes to National Public Radio's Marketplace. Mr. Grosser holds a B.A.S., an M.S., and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.

Arif Lakhani joined Silver Lake in 2009 and is a Principal of Silver Lake Kraftwerk. He was an associate at Silver Lake Partners for two years focusing on private equity investments in the technology and technology-related sectors. Previously, he worked in the Global Technology Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Lakhani graduated cum laude from Harvard College with an A.B. in Economics.

Bryce Lee joined Silver Lake in 2011 and is a Managing Director of Silver Lake Kraftwerk. Previously, he was a Managing Director of Credit Suisse in the Investment Banking division, serving as head of the Technology Group for the Americas and as co-head of the Alternative Energy Group. Mr. Lee was instrumental in building Credit Suisse's investment banking franchises in Asia and in cleantech, and was named to Forbes magazine's "Midas List" of the top 100 technology dealmakers in the world. He was a member of Credit Suisse's Investment Banking Committee and served on the Managing Director Evaluation Committee. Mr. Lee has led numerous transactions for industry leaders in the cleantech sector in the U.S. and in Asia and raised over $6.7 billion in 22 public and private financings for cleantech companies from 2005 to 2011. Mr. Lee has also executed financings for nearly a dozen leading technology businesses in Asia. Mr. Lee holds a B.A. in Economics and Asian Languages from Stanford University.

Sebastian Neelamkavil joined Silver Lake in 2009 and is a Principal of Silver Lake Kraftwerk. He was an associate at Silver Lake Partners for two years focusing on private equity investments in the technology and technology-related sectors. Previously, he worked as an investment banker in the Technology Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Credit Suisse. Mr. Neelamkavil graduated with distinction from the University of Western Ontario's combined degree program in Engineering and Business, where he holds a B.ESc. in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering and a B.A. in Honors Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Joel Newbert joined Silver Lake in 2012 and is an Associate at Silver Lake Kraftwerk. Previously, he worked at Credit Suisse in the Canada Investment Banking Division, with a focus on natural resources. Mr. Newbert graduated as an Ivey Scholar from the University of Western Ontario's Richard Ivey School of Business with a B.A. in Business Administration.

Josh Raffaelli joined Silver Lake in 2011 and is a Managing Director at Silver Lake Kraftwerk. Previously, he was a Principal at Draper Fisher Jurvetson where he assisted in the founding and growth of the fund's energy investment practice. Prior to DFJ, Mr. Raffaelli was an Analyst at Och-Ziff Capital Management in London where he focused on merger arbitrage and emerging market investments in the logistics and oil and gas markets. Mr. Raffaelli was an Analyst at JPMorgan's Technology Investment Banking group in San Francisco. Mr. Raffaelli is a Cum Laude graduate of Harvard University with a B.A. in Government, and has an MBA from Stanford Business School. Mr. Raffaelli is also a Kauffman Fellow.

Dan Sullivan joined Silver Lake in 2011 and is an Associate at Silver Lake Kraftwerk. His previous experience in the cleantech sector includes internships at venture capital firms and involvement in several cleantech startups. Mr. Sullivan graduated from Harvard with an A.B. in Economics.

Eric Johnson joined Silver Lake Credit in 2009 and is a Director and a Senior Research Analyst. Prior to joining Silver Lake Credit, Mr. Johnson was a Managing Director at Bear, Stearns & Company in the High Yield Credit Group and its Senior High Yield Energy analyst, responsible for investing in a variety of energy related situations. Previously, he was a Principal at Barclay's Global Investors Capital, where he was responsible for Energy, Utility and Chemical credit selections in the $5 billion Alpha Credit High Yield fund. Mr. Johnson earned an M.B.A. from USC's Marshall Graduate School of Business with a dual concentration in Finance and Accounting and a bachelor's degree in economics from Denison University.

Franklin Leong joined Silver Lake Credit in 2007 and is an Associate and Research Analyst. Previously, he worked in the Structured Credit Group at JPMorgan as a CDO Warehousing Analyst. While at JPMorgan, Mr. Leong closed over five CLO's totaling over $2 billion of loan transactions. He was also responsible for conducting performance analytics and risk modeling on over 40 CLO and Trust Preferred Warehouses. Mr. Leong also helped launch the performance analytics platform for JPMorgan's Structured Credit Group in London. Mr. Leong holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Geoffrey Oltmans joined Silver Lake Credit in 2008 and is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager. He has over 17 years experience in credit investing and as a restructuring advisor. His previous experience includes co-managing a distressed debt portfolio for UBS O'Connor and investing proprietary capital for Lehman Brothers. He started his career at Wasserstein Perella & Co., where he worked in the firm's Restructuring Group. Mr. Oltmans holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College, where he majored in Economics and minored in Mathematics.

Roger Wittlin joined Silver Lake Credit in 2007 as a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager to head up Silver Lake's debt investing strategies. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Wittlin developed Sutter Credit Strategies asset management business into a $3.5 billion business as Sutter’s Group Head and Lead Portfolio manager of the unit within Wells Capital Management. Mr. Wittlin's 24 years of capital markets experience includes 11 years with Goldman Sachs in the Mortgage Department and the Principal Investment Group which purchased and structured distressed and sub-performing assets. Mr. Wittlin received masters degrees in both business administration and international management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) and a B.S in journalism from ASU.

Nikesh Arora was appointed to serve as a Senior Advisor in 2007. Mr. Arora is also a Senior Vice President and Chief Business Officer at Google, where he oversees all revenue and customer operations, as well as marketing and partnerships. Before joining Google, he was Chief Marketing Officer and member of the Management board of T-Mobile. Prior to that, he worked at Deutsche Telekom, where he founded T-Motion PLC, a mobile multimedia subsidiary of T-Mobile International. Earlier in his career, Mr. Arora was part of the asset management team at Putnam Investments focusing on the technology and telecom industries on a global basis and held a finance and technology management position at Fidelity Investments. In July 2007, Mr. Arora was appointed to the board of Aviva PLC as an independent non-executive director. He is also a Patron of the NSPCC Stop Organised Abuse Board. Mr. Arora holds an M.B.A. from Northeastern University, an M.S. in Finance from Boston College and Bachelor of Technology from IT-BHU India.

John Chen was appointed to serve as a Special Advisor in 2012. Prior to joining Silver Lake Mr. Chen served as the Chairman and CEO of Sybase Inc., beginning in 1998. Under Mr. Chen’s leadership, Sybase was transformed from a mature technology company into a high-growth innovator that was acquired by SAP AG in 2010. Prior to Sybase, Mr. Chen held a series of executive positions at Siemens AG, Pyramid Technology Corp., and Burroughs Corp. He started his career as a design engineer with Unisys Corp.

Mr. Chen serves on the board of directors for the Walt Disney Company and Wells Fargo & Co. He has also served on the board of the CIT Group Inc. and as a member of the New York Stock Exchange’s listing advisory committee as well as the boards of several high-tech startups, including Beyond.com, Niku Corporation, Wafer Technology, and Turbolinux US.

Mr. Chen is actively involved in international relations. He has testified before Congress on U.S.-China trade relations. In 2005, President George W. Bush appointed him to serve on the President's Export Council. In 2006, he was appointed as a Co-Chair of the Secure Borders and Open Doors Advisory Committee. Additionally, Mr. Chen chaired the U.S.-China Policy Advisory Roundtable for the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). Forbes magazine recognized Mr. Chen one of the Top 25 Notable Chinese-Americans in Business. In recognition of his leadership in building U.S.-Asia relations, Mr. Chen has received awards from the US-Asia Institute, the U.S.-China Policy Foundation, and the California-Asia Business Council. For his corporate board work, he has been honored by the U.S.-Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation.

Mr. Chen is active in the not-for-profit community. He is a trustee of Caltech, a board member of the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations, a trustee of the Brookings Institution, a national trustee of The First Tee, a governor of the San Francisco Symphony, and a longtime member of the Committee of 100 who served as its Chairman from 2009 to 2011.

Mr. Chen graduated from Brown University magna cum laude with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and was later awarded the Brown Engineering Alumni Medal. He also holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from California Institute of Technology (Caltech). Mr. Chen holds an honorary professorship from Shanghai University and honorary doctorates from San Jose State University, City University of Hong Kong, and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Guy Dubois was appointed a Senior Advisor to Silver Lake in 2013 following three decades of experience in the software industry. He previously served as CEO of Temenos, a global banking software provider. Before joining Temenos, Mr. Dubois was President and CEO of MACH Group, a hub-based mobile communications firm. He previously served as Executive Vice President and head of the global products division of Amdocs, a provider of software and services for the communications, media, and entertainment industries. Mr. Dubois joined Amdocs following its acquisition of Cramer Systems, a software company he joined in 2005 as President and CEO and led through its sale to Amdocs. Previously, he was Executive Vice President at PeopleSoft Corporation, where he led overall strategy, business development, and execution for company activity outside of North America. Mr. Dubois has also held senior positions with Vantive, Sybase, and Digital Equipment Corporation. He currently serves on the board of directors for Guidewire, Temenos Group AG, MACH S.a.r.l, and InfoVista S.A.  He is chairman of NewVoiceMedia Ltd. and serves on its board of directors. Mr. Dubois holds a Master’s degree in science and technology from Lille University in France, an engineering diploma, and is a graduate of the Lille University Business Management School.

Miles Flint was appointed to serve as a Senior Advisor in 2008. He previously served as the chairman of Skype and the President of Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications. During his time with Sony Ericsson, sales doubled, profits tripled, and Sony Ericsson migrated from its position as a niche provider of mobile phones to a supplier of a full portfolio of products in the global market. Mr. Flint also had presided over the successful launch of the Walkman™ and Cyber-Shot® brand of phones. Prior to joining Sony Ericsson, he was President of European Marketing at Sony Europe while concurrently holding the position of Managing Director of Sony United Kingdom Limited. Before joining Sony in 1991, Mr. Flint held a series of marketing and product development roles in the fields of computing and telecommunications, first at ICL and then at STC following the merger of the two companies. Mr. Flint is a graduate of London University and holds an M.B.A. from the Cranfield School of Management in the United Kingdom.

Hidetaka Fukuda was appointed to serve as a Special Advisor in 2008. He has over 25 years of experience with Japan’s most important technology companies and Japanese industrial policy. Mr. Fukuda joined Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry (METI) in 1981 and was responsible for technology and industrial policy for strategic industries including semiconductors, electronics, telecommunication equipment, and flat panel displays. In 2006, following his departure from METI and prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Fukuda launched e-conservo, a consulting firm. As a Special Advisor, Mr. Fukuda is an important member of Silver Lake’s team in Asia, participating in and providing counsel on a full range of business development, professional networking, investment analysis, and value creation activities.

Dave Habiger was appointed to serve as a Senior Advisor in 2013. He is the former CEO of the NDS Group, a leading provider of technology solutions for the digital pay-TV industry, which was acquired by Cisco in 2012 for $5 billion. Mr. Habiger also served as CEO at Sonic Solutions, a digital media software provider, where he was a leader in the industry transformation from DVDs to the distribution of film and television content via the Internet. Prior to Sonic Solutions he founded Providence Productions, a media production company. Mr. Habiger was named 2009 Entrepreneur of the Year by the American Business Defense and Advisory Council and in 2011 was named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year. He regularly appears as an industry expert on major media outlets including CNBC, CNN, and Bloomberg TV. Mr. Habiger is a director on numerous public and private boards, including the Silicon Valley Leadership Group, the National Association of Corporate Directors, the Center for Corporate Innovation, and the Advisory Board of the University of Chicago. He received a bachelor's degree in business administration from St. Norbert College and an M.B.A from the University of Chicago.

Dr. Kurt J. Lauk was appointed to serve as a Special Advisor in 2004. He was previously a member of the board of management of Daimler-Chrysler AG. During his tenure at Daimler-Chrysler, Dr. Lauk had senior management roles in, and ultimately was responsible for, the global Commercial Vehicle Division, with annual sales in excess of $30 billion. From 1992 to 1996, Dr. Lauk was CFO of Veba AG (today E.on), a large, publicly listed energy conglomerate with revenues in excess of $35 billion. In this capacity, he was part of a team streamlining the immense business portfolio of the company and served as the management board member with IT responsibilities. Earlier, Dr. Lauk was vice chairman and CFO of Audi AG (from 1989 to 1992), the publicly listed passenger car unit of Volkswagen AG, where he also headed marketing for the Audi brand and was responsible for IT. Dr. Lauk received an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Ph.D. in International Relations from the University of Kiel.

David Lee was appointed to serve as a Senior Advisor in 2007. He has over 40 years experience in the telecommunication and computer industries. Mr. Lee is a director of eOn Communications Corporation, Linear Technology Corporation, and Vizio Inc. He most recently served a 12 year term as Regent for the University of California where he was Chair of the Investments Committee. Earlier, Mr. Lee co-founded Qume Corporation in 1973 and served as Executive Vice President until it was acquired by ITT Corporation in 1978. After the acquisition, Mr. Lee held the positions of Executive Vice President of ITT Qume until 1981, and President through 1983. From 1983 to 1985, he served as a Vice President of ITT and as Group Executive and Chairman of its Business Information Systems Group. In 1985, he became President and Chairman of Data Technology Corporation and in 1988, Data Technology Corporation bought Qume and merged both companies. Through Mr. Lee’s extensive business dealings both in the U.S. and overseas, he has cultivated many strong business ties in Asia, especially China. Born in China, Mr. Lee holds an Honorary Doctorate of Engineering and B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Montana State University and a M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University.

Mark Lewis was appointed to serve as a Senior Advisor in 2012. He has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry focused primarily in the software and storage technology sectors. As a senior executive for EMC from 2002-2012, Mr. Lewis served in multiple capacities including CTO, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Development Officer, and EVP/GM of EMC Software. During his tenure as CDO/CTO, he formed EMC’s Technology Ventures Group, the EMC Innovation Network, opened new engineering centers of excellence in India and China, and led EMC’s security initiative. Mr. Lewis helped to orchestrate over 31 acquisitions for EMC, transforming EMC's business model from a systems-focused provider to a primarily software and services-based company. Mr. Lewis started his career at Digital Equipment Corporation and held a variety of engineering and management positions in the storage division. Mr. Lewis ultimately became the VP and GM of the Storage Division at Compaq Computer, leading the world’s 2nd largest storage organization behind EMC. Mr. Lewis holds eight U.S. patents in storage technology. He currently serves on the boards of Riverbed Systems and Contrail Systems and is the co-founder of TekRocket LLC, an angel investing, incubation, and strategic consulting firm. Mr. Lewis graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

Jason Rosenthal joined Silver Lake in 2012 and is an Senior Advisor. Previously he served as Executive Vice President of Products at Glam Media, where he oversaw product strategy, product marketing, and business development. He joined Glam Media through the company's acquisition of Ning Inc., where he was the CEO. As the CEO of Ning, Mr. Rosenthal led a highly successful transition to a subscription-based business model that increased Ning's paying customers from 17,000 to more than 100,000 in just over a year. Prior to Ning, Mr. Rosenthal was Vice President of Hewlett Packard Software's Business Service Automation product line, the fastest growing business within HP, through its $1.65 billion acquisition of Opsware, which he joined as the first employee in 1999. As Senior Vice President and General Manager of Opsware's Server Automation Products, Mr. Rosenthal led all aspects of product development, marketing, and engineering for the company's flagship product line that generated $150 million in annual revenue. Before Opsware and Loudcloud (Opsware's predecessor company), Mr. Rosenthal served as Director of Product Management for America Online's E-commerce Platform Division through AOL's $4.2 billion acquisition of Netscape. Mr. Rosenthal holds a B.A. in history from Pomona College, where he also serves on the Board of Trustees, and received his M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Young Sohn was appointed to serve as a Senior Advisor in 2012. Mr. Sohn is currently the President and Chief Strategy Officer of Samsung Electronics. Previously, Mr. Sohn served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Inphi Corporation from July 2007 to February 2012, during which he led Inphi through a successful IPO in 2010. Prior to joining Inphi, Mr. Sohn served as President of Agilent Technologies, Inc.’s Semiconductor Group, which is now Avago Technologies. Prior to Agilent, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Oak Technology, Inc., a semiconductor company, from 1999 until it was acquired by Zoran Corporation in August 2003. Prior to Oak, Mr. Sohn worked as Co-President of Quantum Corporation, a data storage solution products manufacturer, from 1993 to 1999. He began his career at Intel Corporation beginning in 1983 until 1993. Mr. Sohn was an advisor to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Media Lab’s OLPC (One Laptop Per Child) program from 2005 to 2007 and serves on the MIT Sloan School Board. He was the past President and Chairman of the Asia America MultiTechnology Association (AAMA). He currently serves on the board of directors for ARM (Chairman of Asia Pacific Advisory) and Cymer, Inc. Mr. Sohn holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.S. degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Yuda Doron was appointed in 2010 to serve as a Senior Advisor focused on the firm's middle market strategy, Silver Lake Sumeru. He is the Senior Advisor for Israel. Mr. Doron has over 20 years of experience working with technology companies, helping to guide them from their inception through each stage of development, including capital raising, operations, competitive strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Doron was an angel investor and strategy consultant who helped facilitate the sale of Bristol Technology to HP, as well as the sale of Appilog to Mercury Interactive. He also developed and implemented an operational plan to stabilize costs at Enterasys Networks. Previously, he managed the domestic sales channel at Computer Associates and held senior positions at Cheyenne Software, Cheyenne Communications, and Texas Instruments. Mr. Doron is also the founder of Texel, a software and integration company which was sold to Elco International. He is a veteran Israeli Navy commander and received a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Tel Aviv.

Kambiz Hooshmand was appointed in 2009 to serve as a Senior Advisor focused on the firm's middle market strategy, Silver Lake Sumeru. Mr. Hooshmand has spent more than 25 years building communications systems and solutions for wireless and wireline infrastructure. Most recently, Mr. Hooshmand was the President and CEO of AppliedMicro where he transformed the company into the leading provider of semiconductor solutions for Optical Transport Networks. Previously, Mr. Hooshmand held a number of senior executive positions at Cisco Systems including Group Vice President and General Manager responsible for Core Routing. In this role, Mr. Hooshmand was responsible for the launch of Cisco's CRS family of carrier grade platforms. Today these platforms carry more than 60% of the global internet traffic. Mr. Hooshmand began his executive career as an integral member of the team that built Stratacom into a global provider of switching platforms for data services. Stratacom was eventually acquired by Cisco for $4.5 billion. Mr. Hooshmand is the Chairman of the Board at Infinera and sits on the Board of Power-One, a leading provider of power and alternative energy solutions. Mr. Hooshmand holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from Stanford University.
