Joerg Adams. Menlo Park.

Mr. Adams joined Silver Lake in 2006 and is a Principal. Previously, he worked in the Natural Resources Investment Banking Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. Adams worked in the Fixed Income Investment Management Division at JP Morgan. He graduated from Indiana University with a B.Sc. in Finance and holds a degree in European Business Administration from the European Partnership of Business Schools in Reutlingen, Germany.

Alan Austin. Menlo Park.
Alan Austin joined Silver Lake in 2003 and is a Managing Director. Mr. Austin has extensive experience as an attorney specializing in corporate and securities work and also as a leader of professional services organizations. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Austin was a General Partner at Accel Partners, an early stage venture capital firm. Mr. Austin was previously a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati for 13 years and served as the Managing Partner from 1995 until 2000. Earlier in his career, Mr. Austin was a partner at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe, where he practiced for 12 years and chaired the Corporate Department. In 1974 and 1975, Mr. Austin served as a law clerk to Justice William O. Douglas on the U.S. Supreme Court. He serves on the boards of directors of several non-profit organizations, including the Private Equity Council and Fresh Lifelines for Youth (FLY). He is also on the Private Equity Steering Committee of the UN Compact project on Principles of Responsible Investing. He has served on the boards of numerous companies including Instinet, Inc. and Yodlee, Inc. Mr. Austin holds an A.B. from Harvard University and a J.D. from Stanford Law School.

Alan Austin. Menlo Park.
Alan Austin joined Silver Lake in 2003 and is a Managing Director. Mr. Austin has extensive experience as an attorney specializing in corporate and securities work and also as a leader of professional services organizations. Mike Bingle. New York.

Mike Bingle joined Silver Lake in 2000. He is a Managing Director and a member of the Investment and Operating Committees of Silver Lake Partners. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Bingle was a principal at Apollo Advisors, L.P., a large-scale and diversified private equity firm. Prior to Apollo, Mr. Bingle worked as an investment banker in the Leveraged Finance Group of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Bingle serves on the Board of Directors of Gartner, Inc., Gerson Lehrman Group, Inc., Mercury Payment Systems, Inc., and IPC Systems, Inc., and on the Board of Visitors of Duke University’s School of Engineering. He is also a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Previously Mr. Bingle was a director of Ameritrade Holding Corp., Datek Online Holdings, Inc. and Instinet, Inc. He holds a B.S.E. in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University.

Susannah Carrier. New York.
Susannah Carrier joined Silver Lake in 2006 and is a Managing Director. Ms. Carrier heads fund marketing and investor relations for the firm. She joined Silver Lake from Quadrangle Group LLC in New York, where she focused on private equity and hedge fund investor relations. Ms. Carrier previously was a Vice President in the mergers and acquisition group of Credit Suisse First Boston in London, focused on private equity business development for the financial sponsor group. Prior to joining CSFB in 2000, she was an Associate in the technology group at SG Cowen Securities in San Francisco. Before graduate school, Ms. Carrier worked in New York in the international private bank of Citicorp Securities and in the global investment banking and investment management divisions of Bankers Trust Company. Ms. Carrier received an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and a B.A. from Wellesley College.

Eric Chen. Hong Kong.

Mr. Chen joined Silver Lake in 2008 and is a Managing Director. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President and Executive Committee member of ASML, a global leader in semiconductor technology. Mr. Chen joined ASML following its acquisition of Brion Technologies in 2007, the company he co-founded in 2002 and served as the CEO since inception. Prior to co-founding Brion, Mr. Chen was a Senior Vice President at J.P.Morgan, where he coordinated the global research effort in the electronics sector and conducted equity research for a number of technology segments.

Previously, Mr. Chen conducted theoretical physics research at Conseil Europeen pour la Recherche Nucleaire ("CERN") and at the Advanced Product Research Development Laboratory and MOS-13 facility for Motorola. Mr. Chen has also served on the Board of Directors of Varian Semiconductor since 2004. Mr. Chen was born, raised and educated in China and is bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin). He represented China in the International Physics Olympics in Germany, earning the Silver Medal. Mr. Chen studied Physics at Peking University and received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Zhengyan Chua. Menlo Park.
Mr. Chua joined Silver Lake in 2009 as an Analyst. He graduated with a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Previously, he completed internships in the Media and Telecom as well as the Mergers and Acquisitions Investment Banking group at Morgan Stanley.

John Curtius. Menlo Park.
Mr. Curtius joined Silver Lake in 2010 as an Associate. Previously, he worked as an investment banker at Moelis & Company in Los Angeles. Mr. Curtius graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University with an A.B. in the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs and a certificate in Finance. At Princeton, he received the President Harold T. Shapiro Award for Academic Excellence.

Daniel Dale. Menlo Park.
Mr. Dale joined Silver Lake in 2009 as an Associate. Previously, he worked in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Dale graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) and dual S.B. degrees in EECS and Physics.

Jim Davidson. Menlo Park.
Mr. Davidson is Co-CEO of Silver Lake, which he co-founded in 1999. He has been an active advisor to and investor in the technology industries for more than 25 years. Prior to Silver Lake, Mr. Davidson was a Managing Director at Hambrecht & Quist, a technology-focused investment bank and venture capital firm (now part of JP Morgan Chase & Co., “H&Q”). Mr. Davidson managed several businesses at H&Q, including the Technology Investment Banking business and the Mergers and Acquisitions business. Prior to H&Q, Mr. Davidson was a corporate-securities attorney for Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro. Mr. Davidson serves on the boards of Skype Limited, Flextronics International Ltd. and Avago Technologies Limited. Previously, he was a director of Seagate. Mr. Davidson also serves on the boards of a number of non-profit organizations. He holds a B.S. from the University of Nebraska and a J.D. from the University of Michigan.

Sean Delehanty. New York.

Mr. Delehanty joined Silver Lake in 2003 and is a Director. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Delehanty worked in the Investment Banking Group at Lehman Brothers, where he focused on M&A and financings for technology companies. Mr. Delehanty graduated from Duke University with a B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Delehanty is a director of Interactive Data.

Egon Durban. Menlo Park.

Egon Durban is a Managing Director based in Menlo Park. Mr. Durban joined Silver Lake in 1999 as a founding principal and has worked in the firm’s London, Menlo Park and New York offices. Mr. Durban serves on the Supervisory Board of Skype and is the Chairman of the Operating Committee, serves on the Supervisory Board and Operating Committee of NXP B.V., on the Board of Directors of Intelsat, Ltd., on the Operating Committee of SunGard Capital Corp. For Silver Lake, Mr. Durban serves on the Management, Investment, and Fund 3 Operating and Valuation Committees.

Prior to Silver Lake, Mr. Durban worked as an associate in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division. Mr. Durban graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S. in Finance.

Jonathan Durham. London.

Jonathan Durham is a Principal based in London. Mr. Durham joined Silver Lake in 2005 as a Research Analyst in the firm’s New York office. Prior to Silver Lake, Mr. Durham graduated from Harvard College with an A.B. in History.

Stephen Evans. London.

Stephen Evans joined Silver Lake in 2008 and is a Principal. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Stephen was a Principal at Cognetas, a pan-European mid-market private equity firm. At Cognetas, Stephen focused on transactions across a variety of service sectors, including business services, information services and construction and utility services. Previously, Stephen spent five years at Bain and Co., the international strategy consultancy firm. In his time at Bain and Co., Stephen advised clients in Europe and the US across a variety of industries, focusing on business and financial services and telecoms. He also spent two years in Bain's Private Equity group, where he advised on successful deals in the industrial services, technology and leisure sectors. Stephen holds an M.A and an M.Phil from Cambridge University, and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.

Evan Feinberg. New York.
Mr. Feinberg joined Silver Lake in 2009 as an Analyst. Previously, Mr. Feinberg completed an internship in the Media and Communications Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Feinberg graduated summa cum laude from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with dual concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship and Innovation. At Wharton, he was a Joseph Wharton Scholar and elected to Beta Gamma Sigma.

John Flynn. London.
Mr. Flynn joined Silver Lake in 2008 and is a Senior Associate. Previously, he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Evercore Partners. Mr. Flynn graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S.E. from the Wharton School and a B.A.S. from the School of Engineering & Applied Science.

Carl Ge. Hong Kong.
Mr. Ge joined Silver Lake in 2009 as an Analyst. He graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with dual concentrations in Finance and Management. At Wharton, Mr. Ge was a Joseph Wharton Scholar and Benjamin Franklin Scholar. Previously, he completed internships in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at UBS Investment Bank, in the Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory Group at ChinaVest Merchant Bank and Countrywide Financial.

Charles Giancarlo. Menlo Park.
Charles Giancarlo joined Silver Lake in 2007 as a Managing Director and Co-Head of Value Creation. Mr. Giancarlo has over 25 years of experience in the communications industry. A senior executive at Cisco Systems from 1993-2007, Mr. Giancarlo most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer of Cisco and President of Cisco-Linksys, leading the company’s overall product development and management activities. As Chief Development Officer, Mr. Giancarlo directed the activities of half of Cisco’s employees, and was directly responsible for Cisco’s expansion into a large number of new markets and technologies. His first position at Cisco was Vice President of Business Development, where he developed Cisco’s merger and acquisition strategy and practice. Mr. Giancarlo joined Cisco when the company acquired Kalpana, Inc., the pioneer in Ethernet switching, where he was Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Development. Prior to joining Cisco, Mr. Giancarlo founded four communications equipment companies and successfully sold two of them to larger companies. Mr. Giancarlo was interim CEO of Avaya in 2008 and is currently Chairman of the Board. In addition, he serves on the board of directors of Skype Limited, Accenture, and Netflix, Inc. Mr. Giancarlo holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Brown University, an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.

Gordon Goldstein. New York.
Gordon Goldstein joined Silver Lake in 2010 and is a Senior Vice President with responsibility for public policy and global communications as well as key government relations and public affairs issues for the firm’s portfolio companies. He previously served as the head of Global Affairs at D.B. Zwirn &Co., a global multi-strategy hedge fund where he managed government relations, communications and corporate affairs throughout North America, Europe and Asia, as well as coordinating the work of the firm’s International Advisory Board. Prior to joining D.B. Zwirn in 2006, Mr. Goldstein was a Managing Director at Clark & Weinstock, a government relations, investor communications and strategy consulting firm based in Washington and New York. Mr. Goldstein is a former Senior Adviser to the Strategic Planning Unit of the Executive Office of the UN Secretary General and a former Project Director at the Council on Foreign Relations, where he is a life member. He is a former Wayland Fellow and visiting lecturer at the Watson Institute for International Studies at Brown University and currently serves as a Director of the Brookings Institution Project on Sovereign Wealth Funds. His articles have appeared in the New York Times, Washington Post, Newsweek and other publications and he is the author of Lessons In Disaster: McGeorge Bundy and the Path to War in Vietnam, which was a Foreign Affairs bestseller. Mr. Goldstein is a graduate of Columbia University, where he was an International Fellow and was awarded a B.A., M.I.A., M.Phil and Ph.D.

Florian Hagenbuch. London.

Mr. Hagenbuch joined Silver Lake in 2010 as an Analyst. Previously, he completed internships in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co., and in the European Restructuring Advisory practice at The Blackstone Group. Mr. Hagenbuch graduated summa cum laude from the Huntsman Program at the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School, a B.A. in International Studies from the College of Arts & Sciences with a minor in Mathematics, and was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma.

Jordan Halpern-Leistner. Menlo Park.

Mr. Halpern-Leistner joined Silver Lake in 2010 as an Analyst. Previously, he completed an internship in the Communications and Media Investment Banking Group at Barclays Capital. Mr. Halpern-Leistner graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania where he received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and a B.A. in Political Science from the College of Arts and Sciences, and was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma.

Kenneth Hao. Hong Kong.

Ken Hao joined Silver Lake in 2000 and is a Managing Director. He has spent his career as an advisor to and investor in technology companies. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Hao was a managing director at H&Q. During his ten years at H&Q, he provided strategic advice and venture capital to companies in the semiconductor, computer systems, and software sectors. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Hao led H&Q’s Systems and Semiconductor Investment Banking business. He also led a number of H&Q’s investment banking projects in the Asia Pacific region. Mr. Hao currently serves as a director on the boards of of Allyes Online Media Holding; and Avago Technologies Limited, the successor company to the Semiconductor Products Group of Agilent Technologies. Previously, he was a director of NetScout Systems, Inc., UGS Corp., Network General Corporation, and Certance Holdings (acquired by Quantum, and formerly a division of Seagate Technology). He graduated from Harvard University with an A.B. in Economics.

Philip Ho. Hong Kong.
Mr. Ho joined Silver Lake in 2008 and is a Senior Associate. Previously, he worked in the Global Technology Group at UBS Investment Bank. Mr. Ho graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Cornell University with a B.A. in Economics and Computer Science.

Axel Holtrup. London.

Mr. Holtrup joined Silver Lake in 2006 and is a Director. He has significant experience in evaluating, structuring and executing private equity investments, as well as large-scale mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Holtrup worked for more than eight years in the private equity group at Investcorp where he played a leading role in executing numerous transactions across Europe, including complex corporate carve-outs and public-to-private transactions. In addition, he served on the boards of several of Investcorp’s portfolio companies. Mr. Holtrup was previously an investment banker in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department at Morgan Stanley in London and Frankfurt. He holds a first class honors degree in European Business Administration from the European Partnership of Business Schools in London and Reutlingen, Germany.

Cara Hoy. New York.
Ms. Hoy joined Silver Lake in 2008 and is an Associate. She graduated summa cum laude from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with dual concentrations in Finance and Accounting, and was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma. Previously, she completed internships in Corporate Private Equity at The Blackstone Group, and in the Consumer/Retail Investment Banking group at Lehman Brothers.

Glenn Hutchins. New York.

Mr. Hutchins is a co-founder of Silver Lake and Co-Chief Executive. He has spent his business career investing in the most rapidly growing and dynamic companies in the U.S. and around the world. Mr. Hutchins is Chairman of the Board of SunGard Corp., a director of the NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. and Mercury Payment Systems. Previously, he was Chairman of Instinet, Inc., and a director of TD Ameritrade Holding Corp., Seagate Technology, MCI, Inc., Gartner, Inc. and Sabre, Inc.

Mr. Hutchins is active in public and charitable service. Mr. Hutchins served President Clinton in both the transition and the White House as a Special Advisor on economic and healthcare policy. Mr. Hutchins is a director of the Harvard Management Company which is responsible for the management of the University’s endowment. He is also the Chairman of the National Advisory Board, and the W.E.B. DuBois Institute for African and African American Research at Harvard. Mr. Hutchins is a trustee of the Lawrenceville School, the Brookings Institution and the New York-Presbyterian Hospital. He is also a member of the Advisory Council of the Hamilton Project, a Director of the Partnership for New York City, and a member of the Investors Advisory Committee on Financial Markets of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Mr. Hutchins holds an A.B. from Harvard College, an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Saurabh Jalan. London.
Mr. Jalan joined Silver Lake in 2009 as an Analyst. Previously, he completed an internship in the Technology, Media and Telecom Investment Banking Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Jalan graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, receiving a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and a B.A.S. from the School of Engineering & Applied Science with a minor in Mathematics.

Angela Jiang. Cupertino.

Ms. Jiang joined Silver Lake in April 2004 and is Controller and Vice President. Ms. Jiang has over eight years of experience in the financial aspects of the high-tech and venture capital industries. Prior to Silver Lake, Ms. Jiang was a financial consultant for companies in the software industry. Ms. Jiang began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she progressed to Audit Manager and managed many public and private software clients as well as venture capital clients. Ms. Jiang holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from Fudan University, China and received an M.P.A. from West Virginia University Graduate School of Business. Ms. Jiang is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Yolande Jun. Cupertino.

Ms. Jun is our Senior Vice President - Finance. She joined Silver Lake in January 2000. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Ms Jun was a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers and managed the finance function for the San Jose practice. Ms. Jun has many years of experience in the assurance practice in the San Jose, Parsippany and Johannesburg offices as well as consulting experience in the business advisory services group. Ms Jun's clients included large multi-national public corporations as well as private clients in manufacturing, telecommunications, software and venture capital. Ms. Jun holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Rhodes University, South Africa and a post graduate Higher Diploma in Accounting from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa. Ms Jun is a Chartered Accountant.

Krishna Kantheti. Menlo Park.
Mr. Kantheti joined Silver Lake in 2010 as an Associate. Previously, he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Evercore Partners. Mr. Kantheti graduated from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with dual concentrations in Finance and Management.

Adam Karol. New York.

Mr. Karol joined Silver Lake in 2009 and is a Principal. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Karol worked as an investment professional at Silver Point Capital, L.P., where his investment focus included private equity, distressed debt financings, direct lending and the evaluation of other public and private credit situations.

Previously, Mr. Karol worked at Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P., where he was involved with the analysis and execution of large-scale private equity investments across a wide range of industries. Prior to that, Mr. Karol worked as an investment banker at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he focused on mergers, acquisitions and financing transactions in the technology industry.

Mr. Karol received a B.S. in Finance and Management Information Systems from the Wallace E. Carroll School of Management of Boston College, where he graduated first in his class, summa cum laude, and was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma. Mr. Karol also received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Rex Khan. Menlo Park.

Mr. Khan joined Silver Lake in 2004. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Khan practiced as an associate at the law firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in its Palo Alto office, where he specialized in capital markets transactions. While at Simpson Thacher, Mr. Khan also advised various companies on corporate governance and SEC reporting matters. Mr. Khan holds a bachelor degree in Economics and a master degree in International Relations from the University of California at San Diego and a law degree from Cornell Law School.

Karen King. Menlo Park.

Ms. King joined Silver Lake in 2004 and is a Managing Director and General Counsel. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Ms. King worked for a number of years at the law firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in its New York, London and Palo Alto offices, where she specialized in capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings and high yield debt financings. While at Simpson Thacher, Ms. King also worked on mergers and acquisitions and represented private equity firms in transactions ranging from early stage investments to large-scale leveraged buyouts. Ms. King holds an A.B. from Duke University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Michael Korzinstone. New York.
Mr. Korzinstone joined Silver Lake in 2007 and is an Associate. Mr. Korzinstone graduated summa cum laude from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with dual concentrations in Finance and Accounting. At Wharton, Mr. Korzinstone was a Joseph Wharton Scholar and was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma. Mr. Korzinstone completed past internships at Lazard Frčres, Merrill Lynch, and RBC Capital Markets.

Alon Kuperman. London.
Mr. Kuperman joined Silver Lake in 2010 as an Associate. Previously, he worked in the Investment Banking Division at Merrill Lynch in London, focusing on M&A transactions in Israel and Russia. Mr. Kuperman graduated from the London School of Economics with a First Class BSc (Hons) in Economics.

Mr. Lakhani joined Silver Lake in 2009 as an Associate. Previously, he worked in the Global Technology Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Lakhani graduated cum laude from Harvard College with an A.B. in Economics.

Yingqi Li. Hong Kong.
Ms. Li joined Silver Lake in 2009 as an Associate. Previously, she worked in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley in Beijing and Hong Kong. Ms. Li graduated with Honors from Fudan University with a B.A. in Marketing.

Tony Ling. Menlo Park.

Mr. Ling joined Silver Lake in 2005 and is a Director. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Ling worked at Bain Capital where he focused on large-scale leveraged buyouts across a variety of industries, including specifically the technology and industrial sectors. Previously, Mr. Ling was a management consultant at Bain & Company where he performed strategic diligence on transactions for private equity clients and strategic development for numerous corporate clients. He currently serves on the board of IPC Systems, Inc. He holds an M.B.A from the Harvard Business School and an A.B. in Economics from Harvard College.

Gregory Mazlin. New York.
Mr. Mazlin joined Silver Lake in 2008 and is an Associate.  Previously, he completed an internship at Evercore Partners' M&A group. Mr. Mazlin graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Benjamin Franklin Scholar, Joseph Wharton Scholar, and elected to Beta Gamma Sigma. 

Greg Mondre. New York.

Greg Mondre joined Silver Lake in 1999 and is a Managing Director. He has significant experience in private equity investing and expertise in sectors of the technology and related growth industries. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Mondre was a principal at Texas Pacific Group, where he focused on private equity investments across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on technology. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mondre worked as an investment banker in the Communications, Media and Entertainment Group of Goldman, Sachs & Co. He currently serves as a director of Avaya, Inc., IPC Systems, Inc. and Sabre Holdings. Previously he was a director of UGS Corporation and Network General Corporation. Mr. Mondre graduated from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics.

Todd Morgenfeld. Menlo Park.

Mr. Morgenfeld joined Silver Lake in 2004 and is a Director. Previously, Mr. Morgenfeld worked as an investment banker in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions in the technology industry. Earlier in his career, Mr. Morgenfeld served as an armor officer in the U.S. Army. Mr. Morgenfeld is a director on the boards of Serena Software, Inc. and Vantage Data Centers, and previously served on the board of Friends for Youth, a Bay Area non-profit organization. He holds an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he graduated first in his class.

Nicholas Moryl. London.
Mr. Moryl joined Silver Lake in 2009 as an Associate. Previously, he worked in the Financial Sponsors and Leveraged Finance Group at UBS Investment Bank in New York and completed a six-month rotation in the Treasury Department of Intelsat in Washington, DC. Mr. Moryl graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Economics and History.

Sebastian Neelamkavil. Menlo Park.
Mr. Neelamkavil joined Silver Lake in 2009 as an Associate. Previously, he worked in the Technology Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Credit Suisse. Mr. Neelamkavil graduated with distinction from the University of Western Ontario’s combined degree program in Engineering and Business, where he received a B.ESc. in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering and a B.A. in Honors Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Karol Niewiadomski. London.
Mr. Niewiadomski joined Silver Lake in 2007 and is a Principal. Before joining Silver Lake, he worked in the Energy Investment Banking Group at Credit Suisse in London. Mr. Niewiadomski graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with M.Sc. in Finance and holds a M.Sc. in International Management from Community of European Management Schools obtained at the University of Cologne, Germany.

Julia Novaes Fernandes. New York.
Julia Novaes Fernandes joined Silver Lake in 2009 as an Associate. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Julia Novaes Fernandes worked at J.P.Morgan in Asset Management focusing on Latin American clients. She holds a B.Sc. degree in Business Administration from the European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel – Germany and graduated honors with a dual M.Sc. degree in Finance from the European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel – Germany and Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. Julia Novaes Fernandes speaks English, German, Portuguese, Spanish and French.

Joe Osnoss. London.

Joe Osnoss is a Managing Director and head of Silver Lake’s London office. He oversees the firm’s activities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa and is a member of the Silver Lake Partners Investment Committee. Mr. Osnoss is a director of Interactive Data Corporation, Mercury Payment Systems, and Sabre Holdings and previously was on the board of Instinet Incorporated. Prior to joining Silver Lake in 2002, Mr. Osnoss worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs where he focused on mergers and financings in the technology and telecommunications industries. He previously held positions at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting in France and at Bracebridge Capital, a fixed income arbitrage hedge fund. Mr. Osnoss graduated summa cum laude from Harvard College with an A.B. in Applied Mathematics-Economics and a citation in French language.

Audra Paterna. New York.
Audra Paterna joined Silver Lake in 2008 and is the Senior Vice President - Human Resources. Prior to joining Silver Lake Ms. Paterna was the Director of Human Resources at Carlyle-Blue Wave (a joint venture with The Carlyle Group) where she was responsible for the development and implementation of all Human Resource related strategies and initiatives. Prior to Carlyle-Blue Wave, she was with The Carlyle Group and was responsible for a wide variety of Human Resource related programs and initiatives for the New York office. Ms. Paterna holds a B.A. in English from Simmons College.

Simon Patterson. London.

Mr. Patterson joined Silver Lake in 2005 and is a Director. Prior to joining Silver Lake, he worked at General Atlantic Partners and at GF-X, provider of the leading air cargo distribution system, where he was a member of the founding management team and held the roles of Senior Vice President Asia Pacific and Product Development Director. Prior to GF-X, he was a Managing Director of BMC, a subsidiary of the Financial Times newspaper, and a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. He serves on the boards of Skype and Gerson Lehrman Group, Inc., and is the Chairman of the Prince's Trust Internet and Media Leadership Group. Mr. Patterson holds an M.A. from King’s College, Cambridge University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar and was presented with the Alexander Robichek Award for Achievement in Finance.

Jacqueline Petts. London.
Ms. Petts joined Silver Lake in 2007. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Ms. Petts practiced as an associate for more than four years at Sullivan & Cromwell, LLP in London. While at Sullivan & Cromwell, Ms. Petts advised on a broad range of corporate and finance matters and was seconded to the corporate transactions team at Barclays Bank PLC. Prior to working at Sullivan & Cromwell, Ms. Petts worked in the London and Hong Kong offices of Simmons & Simmons during which time she was also seconded to UBS. Ms. Petts holds a B.A. in jurisprudence from Magdalen College, Oxford and is qualified to practice law in England and Wales and New York.

Adam Reiss. Menlo Park.
Mr. Reiss joined Silver Lake in 2009 as an Associate. Previously, he worked in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York. Mr. Reiss graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.B.A. in Finance from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a minor in Mathematics.

Eric Rosenberg. Menlo Park.
Eric Rosenberg joined Silver Lake in 2009 as Senior Vice President - Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Rosenberg was CIO at Gunderson, Dettmer, Stough, Franklin & Hachigian LLP, a leading business law firm for entrepreneurs, emerging growth companies and venture capitalists. During his 13 years at Gunderson Dettmer he developed and implemented business systems infrastructure as the firm grew from a single, small office to a large, nationwide enterprise with offices located across the country. Mr. Rosenberg holds a B.S and B.A. from the University of California Irvine and an M.A. from The Graduate School at Northwestern University.

David Roux. Menlo Park.

Dave Roux is a co-founder of Silver Lake and Chairman. He was formerly Chairman and CEO of Liberate Technologies, Executive Vice President at Oracle Corporation and Senior Vice President at Lotus Development. Mr. Roux began his technology career as co-founder and CEO of Datext, Inc., the first commercial CD-ROM publishing company. He is currently Chairman of the Serena Software board and a member of the Avaya and Intelsat boards. Previously, Mr. Roux was a board member of Thomson, Business Objects S.A., Gartner, Inc., Symantec, UGS Corp., and was the Chairman of the Board of Seagate Technology. He is also on the board of the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation, a member of the DuBois Institute's National Advisory Board, a trustee at The Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University, and an advisor to the Positive Coaching Alliance. Mr. Roux holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an M. Phil. from King’s College, Cambridge University. He is a graduate of Harvard College.

Andy Schader. New York.

Andy Schader joined Silver Lake in 2008 and is Associate General Counsel. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Schader worked for seven years at Ropes & Gray LLP in its Boston office, where he specialized in leveraged buyouts and other private equity investments. While at Ropes & Gray, he also advised private equity sponsors in their fundraising activities and investment managers in various structured finance transactions. Mr. Schader holds an A.B. from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Anupam Singhal. New York.
Anupam Singhal joined Silver Lake in 2008 and is a Principal. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Anupam worked as an investment professional at General Atlantic LLC, where he focused on private equity transactions across a wide range of industries including business services, information services, healthcare services, logistics, and engineering & construction services. Previously, Anupam worked in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division, focusing on M&A transactions for a number of companies in the North American insurance and financial services sectors. He also helped establish Morgan Stanley Advantage Services, Morgan Stanley’s Indian captive knowledge process outsourcing subsidiary, in Mumbai, India. Anupam graduated from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University with a B.S. in Business Administration concentrating in Finance and Operations Management and was selected as an Andrew Carnegie Scholar. Anupam holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.

Ana Sirbu. London.
Ms. Sirbu joined Silver Lake in 2009 as an Associate. Prior to Silver Lake, she worked in the Financial Sponsors and Leveraged Finance Group at UBS Investment Bank in New York. Ms. Sirbu graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College with an A.B. in Economics. While at Harvard, she also received citations for advanced coursework in French and German. Ms. Sirbu is the recipient of a Soros scholarship and speaks fluent Russian and Romanian, as well as intermediate Spanish and Italian.

Sarah Somers. New York.
Ms. Somers joined Silver Lake in 2007 and is the Vice President - Marketing and Investor Relations. Previously, she worked in the Office of the President at Morgan Stanley, focused on firm strategy. Prior to that role, Sarah worked in the Financial Sponsors Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley. She holds an Honors B.S. degree in Finance and International Business from Marquette University.

Andy Stafman. New York.

Mr. Stafman joined Silver Lake in 2010 as an Analyst. He graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Joseph Wharton Scholar and elected to Beta Gamma Sigma. Previously, Mr. Stafman completed internships in Corporate Private Equity at The Blackstone Group and at Sheffield Asset Management.

Yuichiro Takezaki. Tokyo.
Mr. Takezaki joined Silver Lake in 2009 and is an Associate in Japan. Previously, Mr. Takezaki worked for Perry Capital in Hong Kong where he was responsible for private equity, mezzanine and distressed deals in Japan. Prior to joining Perry Capital, he worked at Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley in Japan where he focused on the Technology and Communication sectors. Mr. Takezaki graduated from Tokyo University with a B.A. in Law.

Vadim Tsipenyuk. New York.
Mr. Tsipenyuk joined Silver Lake in 2010 as an Associate. Previously, he worked in the Technology, Media, and Telecom Investment Banking Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Tsipenyuk graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Yale University with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and Economics. He was a Gates Scholar and received an M.Phil. in Bioscience Enterprise from Cambridge University.

Andy Wagner. New York.

Andy Wagner joined Silver Lake in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer and is a Managing Director and Executive Vice President. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Wagner was Senior Managing Director of Finance and Administration at GSC Group, a diversified asset manager focused on credit-based alternative investment strategies. Previously, Mr. Wagner was General Partner and CFO of the private equity firm RFE Investment Partners. Prior to RFE Investment Partners, Mr. Wagner was with Arthur Andersen & Co. for 17 years, where he was Partner in Charge of the Stamford, Connecticut Tax Practice. Mr. Wagner is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA. Mr. Wagner holds a B.S. from the University of Connecticut.

Zheng Wang. Hong Kong.

Mr. Wang joined Silver Lake in 2008 and is a Director. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Wang worked at General Atlantic where he focused on technology and healthcare related investments in Greater China. Previously, Mr. Wang was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company’s Corporate Finance Practice where he advised on Lenovo’s acquisition of IBM’s PC business. Earlier in his career, Mr. Wang also worked for Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse First Boston in the Silicon Valley. Mr. Wang served on the Board of Directors of Oak Pacific Interactive and was an observer of the Board of Directors of Wuxi PharmaTech. He currently serves on the board of Allyes Online Media Holding. Mr. Wang graduated summa cum laude from Yale College with majors in Computer Science and Economics.

Mr. White joined Silver Lake in 2006 and is a Principal. Previously, he worked in the Media & Communications Investment Banking Group and the Convertible Products Group at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Wood-Smith Joined Silver Lake in 2007 and is a Principal. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Wood-Smith worked at Bain Capital where he focused on large-scale leveraged buyouts across industries ranging from manufacturing to technology. Previously, Mr. Wood-Smith was a management consultant with Bain & Company in New York and San Francisco focused on strategic due diligence for private equity clients as well as operational and strategic consulting for corporate clients. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Middlebury College with Highest Honors in political science.

Charles Yang. Hong Kong.
Mr. Yang joined Silver Lake in 2010 as an Associate. Previously, he worked in the Investment Banking Division corporate finance team at J.P.Morgan in Hong Kong. Mr. Yang graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Wesleyan University in Connecticut with a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics.

Masao Yoshikawa. Tokyo.
Mr. Yoshikawa joined Silver Lake in 2009 and is a Director and a Representative in Japan. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Yoshikawa worked for ten years as an investment banker in Tokyo covering the technology sector, first at Goldman Sachs then at Merrill Lynch. He played a major role in many landmark M&A assignments for Japan’s largest technology and diversified industrial companies. Prior to 1999, Masao spent a number of years at Fuji Bank in the M&A advisory group as well as in the Energy and Project Finance divisions in Houston, Texas. Masao has an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and an Economics degree from Keio University in Tokyo.

Jason Young. Hong Kong.
Mr. Young joined Silver Lake in 2006 and is a Principal. Previously, he worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on mergers and financings for technology, media and telecom clients. Mr. Young graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology with a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School and a B.S.E. in Systems Engineering.

Linda Zhu. Hong Kong.
Ms. Zhu joined Silver Lake in 2010 as a Research Analyst. Previously, Ms. Zhu worked at McKinsey where she focused on renewable energy and climate change related research in China. Ms. Zhu graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University with a B.A. in Economics.
